The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales operations related to the parts division of the company. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's parts sales goals and objectives for SANY.
2. Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
4. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement or new product opportunities.
6. Review and analyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust as necessary.
7. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely restocking of parts.
8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive parts sales.
9. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a sales role within the construction equipment parts industry.
3. Strong understanding of parts sales techniques and strategies.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to review sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
