DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Designs of application development of middle level to ensure and create BOM and SPEC sheet and DRAWING

2. Engineering evaluation of VA/VE activities

3. Arranges sample parts and makes compressor samples to meet customers and others requirement

4. Assist in the investigations of root causes to meet the requirements of customers and others

5. Assists in the coordination of all design activities, and make recommendations for the improvement of these jobs

6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma/Degree holder with Thermo Management in Mechanical Engineering

2. Good analytical skills with flair for detailed work

3. Familiar with Cartia & Solidworks Software

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform Computer Flow Design (CFD) – software support and thermal analysis in all AC & Comp related projects

2. Relate with 3rd party to lead and assist in coordinating all technical CFD related matters throughout the project development process

3. Support design team in product design and development activities namely in areas of drafting 2D, 3D drawings, design review, design verification and testing

4. Maintain full documentation of CFD analysis

5. Ensure product design and performance meets all specification and technical requirement

6. Project management

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with technical background

2. Background of thermodynamics engineering

3. Able to operate Solidworks and having good work attitude and discipline

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge in QC Tools (e.g. Cp, Cpk, Fishbone Diagram, Control Chart, Check Sheet...)
• Basic knowledge in APQP tools (Control plan, PFMEA, WI and Check sheet…)
• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office and Autodesk Inventor / Autocad
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong documentation, communication (e.g. written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze and resolve process, machinery and quality issues
• Develop complex experiments and tests to qualify parts and manufacturing processes; analyze results, make recommendations, and develop reports
• Develop and maintain training and documentation materials (e.g. control pan, PFMEA, work instructions…)
• Executive improvement plan and assist overall production cost reduction
• Improve manufacturing processes including using engineering methods (e.g. SIX Sigma and LEAN Methods) by employing technical design skills to re-design / design and ensure equipment, tools, fixtures, etc are up to standards
• Identify, analyze and provide counter measures to solve manufacturing and quality issues
• Other incidental duties assigned by the Superior

2. Identifying and opening new emerging markets in the territory assigned
3. Coordinate with all departments involved in compressors and AC development system, localization of parts, purchasing, production and shipping schedule
4. Prepare Execution Plan, Mikomi and Mid-Term Plan for territory assigned
5. Manage monthly sales and shipment forecast to meet customers’ needs
6. Meet yearly sales and shipment forecast to meet customers’ needs
7. Meet yearly sales and gross profit objective of market assigned
8. Communicate with Sanden subsidiaries when necessary
9. Maintain good relationship with customers and ensure excellent customer service
10. Provide basic technical support to customers where required
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
