Position Summary

The SCM/Logistics Analyst, reporting to SCM & Logistics Manager, will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting dataset & implement the best solution related to Supply Chain and Logistics area for maximizing the sales quality, while minimizing the cost. This role is an important part of Samsung S&OP process, to allow the stakeholders to make an efficient / timely decision, by providing business visibility up to top tier management level.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

[SCM Analysis]

• Be part of the important omnichannel S&OP and process, providing insightful analysis on the forecast, sellin/sellout, own inventory / channel inventory for Samsung products. 
• Develop dashboards and conduct analysis highlighting Performances and KPIs for Inventory, Sales, Channel stocks, Sellout, Forecast, and participate in the continuous improvement plans.
• Anticipate the potential risk, and escalate to the relevant stakeholders to manage in timely manner.
•  Analyse the trend of sell-out from each channel / POS, detect the possible stock-out channel, sales order status, and suggest the proper supply plan or allocation to sales team.
• Detect the models / channels with slow sales, and actively deliver the implication / action items to relevant people to prepare proper sellout promotion activities.
• Participate to new SCM projects (AI, Retail, Online E-commerce).

Skills and Qualifications

• Creation and Managing of a Dashboard and reports highlighting Performances for Transport, Warehousing, Reverse Logistics.
• Monitor & Collect Service KPIs for Transport & Warehouse activities Internally and Externally from third Parties and lead continuous improvement plans on below area;

• Warehouse / Inventory related: Capacity monitoring / simulation, Obsolete inventory & aging, etc.
• Transportation related: Transportation lead-time, Outstanding delivery, D2C delivery, IOD/POD control, Inbound tracking, L/T, etc.
• Reverse logistics related: Return (DtC and B2B), lead-time, etc.
• Cost related: Logistics cost monitoring, abnormal cost mapping, etc.

• Coordinate & Support collaboration between 3PL/4PL and Commercial, SCM, SVC, to manage the logistics issues. 
• Participate to new logistics projects or collaboration projects with customers at local and pan-EU level.

Position Summary

Supporting in the analysis of CRM and Media campaigns plus loyalty activities, with the goal of extracting valuable insights from Customers behaviours to feed the business strategy and improve overall customer relationship management.

Role and Responsibilities

- Analyzing and evaluating the campaigns performances to identify areas of improvement.

- Supporting in the developement and implementation of metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Media, CRM and loyalty initiatives and campaigns.

- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights for better decision-making and strategy formulation.

- Supporting in the conduction of reviews to ensure the  integrity of CRM data.

- Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM.

Skills and Qualifications

-BSc/ MSc  in Statistics or Economics or a related field.

Position Summary

Support Technical Product Specialist in testing the finalized MX products for the local market (named Operators) ensuring that products meet all the needs in terms of software and technical requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute to finalize HHP software for the named accounted customers (O/S, pre-loaded services, bug fix), by executing field test and providing constant feedback to HQ.
• Test all the new features released with new products and services and feedback about issues and improvement areas;
• Review and finalize the technical documentation, user manuals and leaflets on the managed products.
• Verify the maintenance releases of the software of already launched products by liaising with R&D and tech. dept. of the Mobile Operators.

Manage HME (Health and Medical Equipment) product families by analysing market and competitors’ scenario, customer’s needs and technical requirements, performing high level of demonstrative and applicative activities, and post-sales support as well, directly at the relevant customers and Key Opinion Leader.
The position will focus on either:
- Digital Radiology (DR) and Mobile Computed Tomography (mCT); or
- Ultrasound systems (US);
the three current families of HME products.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HME sales team providing technical assistance and insight, remotely and/or at the customer and/or for public tenders’ preparation and execution
• Identify new growth opportunities and recommend/report any strategic improvement to HQ
• Perform demos in both pre and post sales phase directly at the relevant customer and KOL
• Deliver application training on the relevant HME line-up at the customers or at national/regional congresses.
• Support the partner and customers by adapting the device settings according to the specific applicative needs, and by illustrating the features of product and application potential.
• Report on all activities delivered at the partner and customer, providing insight on outcomes and possible improvements on process / product / application features.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Biomedical Engineering.

Professional Background: 3-5 years’ experience as Application/Product Specialist or Product Manager roles.

Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.

Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.

Job Purpose

Ensure the correct order processing and customer care, with a specific focus on a group of customer/agents identified.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise order process, for orders coming from our Sales Managers, agents and customers.
• Receive and process incoming orders for all products. Duties include daily communications with customers (e.g. informing them of receipt, prices, shipping dates, and delays).
• Verify customer and order information for correctness, verify inventory status and back order situation.
• Manage and update grids maintenance uploading prices in the system.
• Collaborate with Logistics Dept in order to prepare and deliver orders to designated locations.

• Provide commercial back office support to Sales Accounts and Agents.
• Maintain and update sales reports (weekly sales, critical models, backorder, promotions, sales order master file, order status) and Systems for Prices.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor or Master degree.
• Professional Background: at least 2/4 years’ experience in commercial back-office roles or customer service in multinational companies preferably operating in the FMCG sector.
• Computer Knowledge: Good Excel required and Sap proficient.
• Language Knowledge: Good written and good spoken English.
