Position Summary
Supporting in the analysis of CRM and Media campaigns plus loyalty activities, with the goal of extracting valuable insights from Customers behaviours to feed the business strategy and improve overall customer relationship management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyzing and evaluating the campaigns performances to identify areas of improvement.
- Supporting in the developement and implementation of metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Media, CRM and loyalty initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights for better decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Supporting in the conduction of reviews to ensure the integrity of CRM data.
- Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM.
- Supporting in preparing reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate CRM performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
-BSc/ MSc in Statistics or Economics or a related field.
- Interest in data analysis and reporting applied to Marketing and CRM
- Problem solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Proactivity and ability to learn on the job
- Knowledge of sales and ecommerce processes
Tools:
- Excel and Power Point advanced level must have
- SQL nice to have
- Qlik or Power BI knowledge nice to have
Languages:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Italian native language
