Assisting Sales/Marketing & Operations Manager in retail operations and administrative supports.
Responsibilities includes:
- Providing administrative supports and sales co-ordination to ensure smooth operations of sales counters at departmental stores.
- Requisite purchase orders, price tags, marketing material etc from stores to facilitate stocks replenishments and sales activities.
- Planning and execution of fairs, events and road shows conducted at shopping malls or exhibition halls.
- E-commerce management, marketing & administration.
Requirements:
· Minimum O level and above.
· Has Passion for Retail industry. Positive and joyful personality.
· Energetic, Proactive & Self-driven, Hands-on individual.
· Responsible and committed strong team player.
· Possess leadership quality. Strong interpersonal & communications skills.
· Creative, Meticulous, Organized and Analytical.
Skills:
· Strong proficiency in computer capabilities – Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
· Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate.
