• Continuously reviewing and improving the production and warehouse area housekeeping, ensuring that it is always well-maintained, organized, and clean.
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in the production area.
• Leading improvement projects and housekeeping.
• Managing operators' performance and retention.
• Following all safety protocols.
• Cooperating fully with company staff.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
