Job Description:
- Manage office administration and Handle all incoming calls and mails.
- Handle Account Receivable & Account Payable
- Prepare invoices and Credit Notes.
- Manage daily transactions, cash book, bank book.
- Liaise with clients & suppliers on payment matters.
- Manage employee life cycle, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion and separation
- Processing monthly compensation and benefits
- Petty cash reimbursement for staff expenses
- General administrative duties, data entries & filing
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Min 3 years of accounts and clerical experience in construction and service industry or in related field.
- Conversant with MS office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP is a MUST.
- Ability to work independently and able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good team player with positive attitude.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and well organized.
- Good interpersonal & strong customer service communications skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

- Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
