• Responsible for Architectural coordination and related works by assisting in planning & resource management.
• Assist to carry out daily supervision of all site implementations at site.
• Ensure implementations are carried out according to construction programme.
• Handle builder works coordination with Archi works
• Supervision Archi works based on daily activities
• Communicate & coordination with main contractor and management team

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or trade certificate in Architecture or Equivalent
• Must have experience in architecture project works supervision
• Minimum at least 7-10 years of experience is required
• Able to control and ensure the architecture works are carried up according to the specification and standard.

Responsibility

• Experienced in electrical installation and cabling work for Residential / Commerical / Industrial (e.g. pulling of cable, termination, and testing of cables, PowerPoints, lights, etc.)
• Ensure works comply with site regulations and adhere to safety standards
• Maintain good housekeeping of the work area at the end of the day
• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to understand electrical diagrams
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years experience in doing electrician work for a construction site.
• Experience with track records in A&A projects would be an advantage

7. Conduct M&E coordination meeting & liaise with subcontractors, architectural, consultants, client and relevant authorities.

8. Oversee inspections of all M&E installations and finishing, and arrange inspection for RTOs, RE and client.

9. Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
