Job Summary

NetApp is looking for an experienced Senior Safety and Security Manager to join our team based in Singapore. As the Senior Safety and Security Manager APAC, you will be responsible for developing our core safety and physical security deliverables to office locations in APAC and help evolve our program to support NetApp around the globe. You will work cross functionally within the Global Safety & Security team, and alongside other business teams at the company and our external partners to safeguard NetApp, its people, and assets.

In this role you will,

• Serve as a leader on the team reporting to the Senior Director Global Safety and Security Manage and provide oversight of our safety and physical security operations function in the APAC region and support the wider team globally as required.
• Work closely with NetApp's business leads and teams as well as external business partners to optimize the team with business needs.
• Build, review, and refine policy and procedure documents for safety and security practices.
• Conduct risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments to identify and document NetApp's most impactful risks. Recommend and deploy appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Effectively manage services providers, ensuring an effective risk-based programs operating within a developed set of standard operating procedures. Provide feedback through service level agreements, quarterly business reviews and agreed key performance indicators.
• Forecast budgets accurately, make improvement and cost-efficiency suggestions and manage operations to budget.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure emergency incident and crisis response plans are in place and tested regularly.
• Provide security design expertise and project management in relation to new office builds and expansion efforts throughout the region.
• Spearhead the planning and execution of proactive, innovative safety and security programs and projects to reduce risk to NetApp.
• Create and administer employee education programming to increase security awareness levels throughout our locations as we continue to develop a culture of safety and security that protects NetApp.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 5+ years' experience working at a multinational company, with responsibility for regional safety and security operations.
• Hold a degree in a security or risk related field and/or be certified through ASIS International with a CPP or similar designation that demonstrates an active interest and desire to continually develop in your professional field.
• A solid understanding of core safety and physical security risks and threats, and experience in developing effective and measurable programs in an international setting.
• A strategic mindset with a service attitude, constantly working towards satisfying the needs of our customers.
• Be a great communicator and solid project manager, able to affectively prioritize and advance many projects happening simultaneously, often on tight deadlines.
• A highly developed network of resources, cultivated through years of building relationships in the security industry, government, and the tech community to ensure your effectiveness in a wide region with complex geopolitical, cultural, and business environments.
• Extreme organizational skills, hyper-responsiveness, and leadership excellence.
• Be able to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice.

We are looking for a Cloud Sales Specialist to drive growth for our CloudOps solution portfolio (Spot and Instaclustr). Spot and Instaclustr are one of NetApp's fastest-growing businesses. As a Cloud Sales Specialist, you will lead sales engagements and be responsible for demonstrating the value of Spot and Instaclustr offerings to customers. You will lead the end-to-end sales process through deal closure partnering with the wider NetApp sales team and Channels. You will be required to hunt for, and qualify, new opportunities in your assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue bookings targets
• Collaborate with Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to capture net-new customers
• Conduct discovery and execute the sales process to determine the scope of the customers’ needs
• Communicate the value of the offering to the various personas within an account
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
• Timely and accurate updating of CRM customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data to ensure the generation of accurate territory and management reports
• Leverage corporate tools and account intelligence to uncover opportunities within your territory
• Serve as an evangelist for the CloudOps portfolio within NetApp, and externally
• Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of specific products and offerings aligned to specialty

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding and experience in Cloud Optimization /Automation and Open Source Data Services, and of competitive offerings in the marketplace
• Proficient understanding of cloud native technologies and their business benefits.
• Proficient understanding of public cloud providers, their business models and offerings.
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Deep understanding of the customers goals and ability to demonstrate value to clients
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and work with various sales personnel across organizations and time-zones
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical value into business benefit
• Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred

Job Responsibilities

• The APAC Support Delivery Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Support Delivery Managers stay engaged with customers with the goal of keeping customers satisfied. This will include advising and directing Customers and Internal stakeholders to the appropriate resources to resolve their issues and queries.
• The Support Delivery Manager drives education and awareness of all NetApp Support Offerings to the regional customers, Sales account teams, Professional Services and Partner organizations.
• Provides new and existing Customers with "how to maximize value" from NetApp support materials and acts as a SME to the Customer on our digital tools. Works to achieve key metrics in the digital support space. This will include live customer sessions demonstrating the tools available under the customers support entitlements.
• The Support Delivery Manager acts as a customer advocate for improving and developing NetApp support processes and systems. They will be the voice of the field support teams. Build relationships and partner with support delivery teams and other internal stakeholders to improve NetApp Technical Support processes and drive corrective actions related to any gaps / failures.
• Participate in on-site customer meetings for proactive engagements or postmortem analysis. Assist with the development and presentation of RCA documents.
• Participate in special projects as necessary with Support, PS and other cross-functional teams. Develop and use collaborative relationships to solve problems. May be asked to lead programs across the APAC region and participate in Global support programs.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and quarterly business reviews. Establish standing meetings with sales leadership to foster bidirectional communication between the sales organization and Customer Support Delivery.
• Drive proactive programs within targeted Global and Enterprise accounts where a SAM does not actively exist. Work closely with the PSE/SSE teams on implementation. Drive and own designated support delivery programs as per Support deliverables in target accounts and potentially across APAC.
• Be the face of support and touch point in the local regions and interact and meet with Customers as required Be the conduit of engaging senior support management when needed.
• Whilst being an individual contributor, this is a senior support delivery function that influences many decisions and program directions directly.

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of applicable education / training / certifications (AWS Azure Google Cloud etc) and years of applicable experience in a professional work environment.
