Job Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for the full set of accounts, from journal posting, preparation and closing of monthly accounts and reconciliations until reporting.

· Liaison with company secretaries, bankers, customers and suppliers, tax consultants and tax authorities.

· Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

· Involved in GST submission, tax schedules and coordinate with auditors on audits related matters

· Preparation of year-end audit schedules & timely submission of all statutory obligations such as audited accounts & filing of various returns.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or ACCA holder or its equivalent

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in full set of accounts

· Able to work independently to handle full sets of accounts

· Knowledge of accounting system

· Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Join our team as an AV Technician and take charge of operating and managing AV and Video Conference (VC) systems for a range of virtual and physical events. From ensuring seamless setups and tests to conducting preventive maintenance and producing maintenance reports, you'll play a vital role in keeping our AV systems running smoothly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to building, mechanical, and electrical maintenance tasks.

The roles and responsibilities shall be as follows:

1. Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Setting up, installing, and configuring AV equipment such as projectors, sound systems, microphones etc. Ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition, conducting regular maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
2. Event Support: Providing AV support for school events, meetings, presentations etc. This includes assisting with equipment setup, operating AV systems during the event, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth audio and visual experience for participants.
3. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to AV equipment, software, and connectivity. This includes identifying issues with audio or video quality, troubleshooting network connections, resolving software conflicts, or addressing hardware malfunctions.

Candidates looking to apply should minimally have the following qualifications,
skills and experience:

• Possesses at least one year of working experience in AV and Media support
• If you dont have any experience is also fine as long you are mentaly and physically fit .

• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
• Quality check on incoming shipments, report if any defect.
• Pack outgoing shipments as per document shown. Weighing packages and labelling parts appropriately for shipment or storage
• Sealing and tagging packages, confirming accuracy of orders and signing OD to confirm.
• Filling out packing and order forms with the relevant shipping information such as packaging details, weight & dimension
• Placing packages on pallets, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping
• Ensure correct shipping documents are attached on the package and keeping records of outgoing shipments.
• Loading and unloading from or to trucks by hand pallet truck and forklifts
• Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse (invoice / DO, etc)
• Complying with HSE /Hazard and reducing OH/ S risks and other safety regulations
• Physically stocking in the equipment into correct locations
• Assisting in maintaining security of warehouse

Job Requirements

• Physically and Mentally fit
• Have 1 year of relevant experience
• No experience are welcome to join
• Have forklift license is an added advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
