JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Analyst Associate will continuously improve safety, quality, business, and manufacturing processes with emphasis on eliminating process waste. The role will use structured quality improvement tools to drive and eliminate process waste.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support continuous improvement of quality control testing, detection and defect prevention.
Coordinate the resolution of quality issues. Respond to assigned quality process nonconformance issues in an expedient manner. Analyze and implement basic effective solutions.
Construct quality data tracking, analysis, reporting, root cause investigation, corrective/preventative action & effectiveness verification.
Subject matter expert in 1-2 quality areas, proficient within a minimum of two platforms.
Communicate effectively and work inter-functionally with Employee Teams, Quality, Engineering, Global Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC) and Manufacturing to resolve quality related issues, deficiencies and improve processes.
Facilitate quality led forums with various teams providing business impact, risk assessment and data-based guidance, identifying where there are largest opportunities, such as to increase first pass yield, reduce defects per unit, and achieve team goals.
Measure process inputs and outputs to provide meaningful data and analyze the data.
Implement effective corrective and preventative actions utilizing structured planning methods.
Support supplier quality processes, PPAP, and assist in receiving inspections and supplier quality audits. Facilitate disposition of nonconforming materials.
Contribute to maintenance of ISO/IATF certifications and compliance. Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures. Schedule, and coordinate quality audits internally and externally as assigned.
Support site measurement systems analysis (MSA), calibration and measurement to maintain compliance and support area platform.
Complete measurements of jigs and fixtures, parts and assemblies.
Complete PPAP measurements of parts and assemblies
Complete calibration of gages and tools
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a wide variety of tasks in support of manufacturing/production of concrete mixer and refuse truck parts and bodies. Responsible for preparing parts and equipment for paint including removing previously applied paint, cleaning, and degreasing, smoothing surfaces, and protecting unpainted surfaces by masking. These duties require strong attention to detail to adequately prepare the trucks for the next stage in the high-quality manufacturing process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wash, clean, and wipe down vehicles to be painted
Remove and replace all components as required for painting and sanding
Mask, paper, or grease components when appropriate
Operate necessary equipment (dual action hand sander, electric lifts, etc.)
Use basic hand tools and other small power tools associated with equipment and prep work prior to painting operations
Perform minor bodywork and maintain condition of vehicle or component through the entire paint process
Train and work in various areas of production in response to production demands
Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of materials
Follow verbal and written work instructions
Attention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Regular attendance required
All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
Participate in onboarding training and annual training related to being a hazardous waste handler as required by the EPA RCRA hazardous waste rules. This will include ability to understand what waste hazards are, storage time limits, satellite accumulation, marking, labeling, weekly inspections, aisle space, storage, manifest shipping, use and location of emergency equipment, response to spills and fires, evacuation routes, etc.

Summary:
This position produces parts by programming, setting up, and operating a variety of CNC machines including laser cutting, plasma cutting, shear cutting, rolling, press brakes, saws, and punches.
Responsibilities:
Maintain company quality and safety standards while operating equipment and performing job responsibilities.
Read drawings to ensure productions of parts are within tolerance through using various measuring devices such as calipers, protractors, tape measures, etc.
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.
Use of basic hand tools including wrenches, hammers, prybars, grinders, magnets, pliers, etc.
Operate various types of lifting devices including vac lift, overhead, gantry, and jib cranes while handling material weights up to 10,000lbs.
Minimum Qualifications are:
Six (6) months of applicable position experience or an evaluated equivalent.
Ability to use, read, and understand general tools used in fabrication (tape measure, protract, calipers, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or GED.
Operational knowledge of CNC cutting machines, press brakes, drills, and saws.
Enjoys working in a team environment.
Able to run one machine in fabrication proficiently with little to no quality defects.

Efficiently locate and pull parts, materials and supplies as listed on paperwork

Order and stock assigned production areas to maintain required inventory levels
Operate material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.) and perform inventory management tasks
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
The minimum qualifications for this position:
Previous experience working with material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.) and inventory management duties in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to become certified to operate all material handling equipment (i.e., Stand-up, Sit-down, Combi, Lancer, Tugger)
Basic computer skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment and processes

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the application of paint and other coatings using electrostatic / air assist paint guns and other automotive type paint application devices on Company products including military spec paint. This
position has the knowledge and skills to perform in any and each area of the paint process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Prime, paint, and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes. Flush tanks, hoses, and guns prior to color changeovers. Mix all types of paints for proper color, formula, conditions, viscosity, and consistency. Perform titrations and mix or adjust chemicals as needed
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety procedures, rules, and proper 6S standards. Demonstrate best practices to follow all safe procedures in assembling and testing of all models/products in assigned job function
Upkeep of work area and equipment which may include preventative maintenance tasks. Inspect product before, during, after paint process to ensure specifications are being met.
Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary. Light bodywork may be required.
Inspection of completed parts for quality, validate components meet
Team member has the knowledge and skills to perform in every area of the paint process. Assist training new team members on processes and equipment functions
Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor to meet company needs
Participate in onboarding training and annual training related to being a hazardous waste handler as required by the EPA RCRA hazardous waste rules. This will include ability to understand what waste hazards are, storage time limits, satellite accumulation, marking, labeling, weekly inspections, aisle space, storage, manifest shipping, use and location of emergency equipment, response to spills and fires, evacuation routes, etc.
Disassemble, clean, repair, adjust and reassemble painting equipment, such as pumps, paint heaters, tanks, spray guns, etc. for proper operation (Repairs are only required in Dodge Center)
Apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing as required (Dodge Center only)
Ability to run the Robotic Painter (Riceville only)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
One (1) year of applicable position experience
Must be able to read checklists, paint codes, Safety logs, JSA's, etc.
Able to paint an entire body or parts kits meeting the areas DPU target
Effectively train new team members and cross-train existing team members on painting
Ability to start training with Touch Up
Ability to paint in 50% of the paint process
Must be able to perform mill checks and readings and help with paint prep (Riceville only)
Preferred Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
Automotive paint experience
Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter ll level

Responsibilities:
Prime, paint and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes
Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary
Inspect completed parts for quality and to validate component standards are met.
Minimum Qualifications are:
Six months of industrial painting experience
Able to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents
Able to proficiently paint in a single assigned area
Preferred Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
Automotive paint experience
Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter ll level
