To cater to the growth of our business, we are now looking for someone with the relevant experience to join us.

Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:

Assists the Finance and Media team in its daily operations including:

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices in the accounting system.
• Liaise with suppliers and business divisions on any discrepancies in invoices and other supporting documents.
• Review reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Preparation of quotations and billing of media bookings
• Issuing of purchase orders
• Cutting and filing of tear sheets of all advertisements placed
• General office management including to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the office.
• Monitor, control, and procurement of office supplies and ensure timely maintenance of office equipment.
• Providing other admin support

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ level and above
• Good team worker and fast learner
• Organised and able to work independently
• Willing to multi-task and works well even under tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and communicates well
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Brand Communications Manager (Account Servicing)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of accounts with creative team
• Proactive in identifying and generating new business leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve a high level of client satisfaction
• Manage all projects conscientiously with a positive mindset and attention to details
• Contribute positively at meetings, and work closely with team members to ensure that projects are delivered to brief and on time
• Understand the need for personal performance evaluation based on agreed KPIs
• Complete all administrative work in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above, preferably in communications, advertising or media-related courses
• At least 2 years experience in an advertising or digital agency
• Experience in new media will be an advantage
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• A highly organised individual and a fast learner
• Meticulous, responsive, and possess strong reasoning skills
• More experienced candidate will be considered for senior position
