The Role:
The Legal Department is looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team here in St. Cloud, MN. This resource will support the Legal Department with assisting the team and to partner in managing of daily operations. This includes the monitoring of automated and manual processes to ensure the proper handling of outsourced accounts, as well as the participation in projects / analysis as needed and provide and communicate performance, initiative, and / or process results. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining operations at the front desk including answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, and greeting visitors. Responsibilities
Welcome on-site visitors to determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitor visitor access and issue visitor badges, as required. Receive incoming subpoenas and alert appropriate personnel of their arrival. Maintain accurate visitor calendar(s) and keep daily log(s) of all badges issued and/or returned. About the Role
The Manager, Operation is responsible for managing day to day operations of our internal legal business in our Troy, MI location. This role will lead a team of 2 to 3 supervisors to ensure that production goals are met along with the quality and compliance parameters. This role will collaborate both globally and domestically across multiple operating sites to achieve business objectives. They will engage in hiring, leading, coaching and performance managing the production operation teams and will develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies. Under broad supervision, assist HR Leadership in the preparation, analysis, and data interpretation of all HR programs and processes, including a holistic executive dashboard aligned to the strategic goals of MCM. Prepares reports and presentations on on various HR processes and shows the story behind the data to drive HR Leadership strategic action. Works independently with internal clients and functional HR area SMEs to determine their analytic needs. Manages databases, works with HRIS to ensure data integrity, and performs trend analyses on various data points. Partners closely with Operations to ensure that performance data is connected to people data for a comprehensive view of quality and engagement being driven by HR programs.
