Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management: Monitor all incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely payment of invoices, maintaining close communication with vendors and internal departments. Monthly Accruals: Assist with the preparation of monthly accruals, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded in accordance with financial reporting standards. Respond to and complete all internal and external customer requests and surveys pertaining to Littelfuse products.

Management of Global Environmental Product Information Databases (Littelfuse Business Center-Environmental Product Info Section, International Material Data System or IMDS)

• Collection of data for Littelfuse products from internal sources and from external suppliers
• Making general calculations and entering data into database as necessary
• Maintaining ICP lab reports, IPC Declarations, China RoHS Charts, Certificates of Restricted and Reportable Materials (CRRM’s) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS’s)
• Maintaining and sending MDS Modules in the IMDS system to appropriate customers
• Maintain master lists for all products identifying conformance to Rohs and Pb-Free Initiatives (ABU, ESBU, PGBU)

Facilitate Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP) testing process for all Littelfuse products that require testing

Analyzes sales results for a group of sellers. Creates reports that summarize sales performance. Analyzes ongoing reporting needs to develop new reports and dashboards.

Financial Planning Analyst

Financial Planning Analyst will take a lead role in driving standardized reporting within the Semiconductor Business Unit. The position will also be responsible for Business Partnering and interfacing with operational groups to provide insightful analysis on business units financial and operational performance.

SR. AUDITOR

The Internal Audit Senior will report to the Asia Audit Manager and will lead our audit staff to execute operational risk-based audits along with executing Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control testing. Our audit team works as a globally integrated department; therefore, this position will interact with our global business partners.
