The Division Head will be responsible for the business development of Minerals Testing Services globally and now we are focusing on China, South East Asia, South Asia, and Middle East Markets as priorities.

· This incumbent person must know well about the Minerals Market of China, South East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.

· Should have worked in the Testing & Inspection Industry in Minerals Services for at least a minimum of periods 20 to 25 years of experience.

· Should be able to drive the Business Strategy for Minerals.

· Liaise and Coordinate with various Country Business Managers and Divisional Managers to improve processes as deemed fit to attract new businesses and new business potential.

· To increase the Business Flow by targeting New Customers & Retaining Present Customers.

· Should have a good relationship with clients in China, South East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.

· Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.

· Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.

· Promote the Business Development Activities of the Mineral Division Globally and maintain a healthy Bottom Line for the division.

· Should be a very knowledgeable & technically savvy person – who can help & advise the various country managers on setting up / starting new businesses.

· Should be well conversant with the Qualitative / Quantitative certification of Minerals & other related Products.

· In addition to the above, the Candidate should have exposure to Agricultural, Coal, and Petroleum Services.

· Persons who have Headed a Business Stream or a Country Head will be given preference.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare quotations, generate invoices, and update reports
2. Need to liaise directly with our overseas offices (including South Africa, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia) and co-ordinate with them after completing the deal.
3. Coordinate with the accounting department to check payment status and chase payments from the client
4. Perform administrative support duties including filling, keying data, compiling data and reports, mail sorting, organizing courier service, purchasing of stationery, etc
5. Basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage
6. Any other ad hoc duties & tasks assigned by managers
7. The person should be available at all times (including PH and weekends) and late nights to coordinate with various clients located around the globe.
8. Able to work independently with a minimum of supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• With min 1 year working experience will be an advantage
• Candidates without experience but with relevant qualifications in Finance are welcome
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a team player but also possess the ability to work independently with moderate supervision
• Good Interpersonal, good communication skills, adaptability, and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site or remote support to end-users on IT incident
• Assist in the daily running of IT systems and equipment
• Setup, install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and application
• Assist in procurement, document control & other in-house system administration
• Liaise with business partners pertaining to technical aspects of products
• Ensure all required systems services are up and running
• Support company for project implementation activities
• Provide end-user training

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support & troubleshooting
• Good time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or as a team
• A keen desire to explore and learn new concepts, systems, and technologies
