Roles & Responsibilities
· Assist on Estimating Function in Commercial Department
· Attend to queries from clients regarding quotations
· Liaise with Offshore, Oil/Gas, Petrochemical, construction, Shipyard (Marine) Commercial & Line Managers requirements
· Constantly review the processes of estimation to improve productivity and competitiveness of quotes
· Provide guidance and Suggestions to Commercial Officers to improve in strategic tendering
· Represent Leads in client meetings, at conferences and virtual events
· Identify market trends and provide inputs for product & service development
· Develop and improve specialized skills and knowledge linked to topics and services offered by Company
· Support the development of Leads thought leadership, services, products, marketing materials and offerings; adapt them to the regional needs in coordination with the Site team
· Having an in-depth knowledge of business service and value proposition
· Carry out inspection & reporting for AMP programs like CUP, CUI, Dead leg, Mixing point, and injection point inspection.
· Carry out on-stream condition monitoring of plants and QA/QC of all maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
· Identify the type of corrosion/deterioration to the equipment or piping & initiate appropriate monitoring methods in consultation with Process & Corrosion Groups.
· Respond to leak events to understand cause and develop recommendations to prevent a recurrence
· Writes Corrective Action Inspection Requests (CAIR’s) for Maintenance to carry out pressure equipment repairs and provide technical support and guidance as an active member of the operating area Production Team
· Document inspections and associated repair work in the Window Integrity Management System (W-IMS)
· Assure that inspection records are current, accurate, and comply with applicable regulations, codes, and department procedures
· Have a good working knowledge of pressure integrity requirements and know when to seek specialist advice and assistance
· Prepare the PEI inspection plan and work scope for unit turnarounds Participate in scope review meetings and work with Turnaround Planners to develop detailed work plans
· Serves as the Inspection Coordinator during the actual turnaround execution
· Generating Inspection Work Package for CUI Scope
· Preparing Document for Temporary Repair found in every Leak Save in Equipment
· Daily planning and coordination of structural and Piping work carried out in the yard.
· Associated with the fabrication, Assembly, Erection, fairing, welding and dry survey etc. during the construction of Hull Structures.
· To carry out NDT on Weldments in accordance with the NDT test plan. An additional NDT shall be conducted on completion of Heat treatment if the later applies
· To carry out Hardness testing which follows after post-weld heat treatment
· To carry out ‘Shop Hydro test’ with client and Surveyor which is optional as decided by Production.

· Coordinate with construction team in Inspection and punch lists verifications of prior to Commissioning.
Qualifications:
· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
· IRCA Auditor-ISO 9001:2008- Quality Management System
· CSWIP 3.1 (Certified Welding Inspector)
· AWS/CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
· Rich Experience in Marine & Petrochemical industry both (15 to 20 years)
