Job Description

You will be working with various internal functions to define a framework for the exchange to execute its daily treasury needs, including facilitating different users’ withdrawals in an efficient manner and handling and improving the exchange’s overall liquidity.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with different internal teams to facilitate communication and execution of liquidity strategies

- Assist in the monitoring and improvement of liquidity on the platform

- Partner with the listing team to develop and implement frameworks for new listings that comply with platform liquidity goals

- Define clear requirements and prioritise for the tech team for the development of robust liquidity monitorings and analytics tools

- Collaborate with external MMs and internal teams on a SOP and SLA for rebalances to facilitate user withdrawal requests

- Design and develop treasury reporting dashboards for stakeholders, monitoring and tracking KPIs relevant to treasury operations

- Define metrics and build tools to better quantify liquidity risk, market risk and credit risk; and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks
