• Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing estimation-related documents.

• Report to Estimator Team Leader.
• Prepare and maintain accurate tender project report & daily task.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents as required.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender project document is properly recorded, filed, and easily accessible.

3) Development and improvement

• Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing efficiency or productivity in quotation preparation process. 

4) Operation 

• Generate LV quotation and prepare costing accurately and on time.
• Manage time for multiple tender projects. 
• Seeking quotations and conducting price comparisons as required.
• Study and clarify tender specification.
• Prepare related tender documents such as Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Unit Rate, BOQ, etc.
• Update pricing in Powerwell inventory system.
• Coordinate with internal department team for tender-related clarification. 

5) Learning

• 當製造/生產/分包商需要材料時，協助準備 PRN。
• 協助檢查製造/生產/分包的PRN
• 負責商店運作並確保適當的內務管理和庫存的完整性。
• 在店內推行5S並制定維護方法。
• 指派各自的店員履行有關店面營運的職責。
• 協助和監督商品和服務的品質以及其他商店活動。
• 將組件有序排列。
• 協助歸檔記錄和文件。
• 激勵門市人員履行職責時的安全意識。
• 店員的監督和訓練。
• 確保妥善保存在適當的位置並得到良好的保存。
• 確保正確的數量和產品分配給生產。分發前櫃檯檢查商店手工準備的物品。
• 有效地進行口頭和書面溝通。
• 保留庫存轉換的準確記錄。
