As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for designing and presenting customised engineering systems to the company’s prospective clients, ensuring deliverables of the system. You will be contributing in these areas:

Client Account Management:

• Understand the process of microtunneling and its supporting scope, such as polymer concrete pipes, automated lubrication, slurry management, gyro navigation and others.

• Understand customers’ project requirements and assist in designing and proposing suitable solutions.

• Support the team by providing technical information to potential clients.

• Support the team in ensuring all deliverables of the system are achieved during and after setup.

Business Development:

• Source new products (e.g. chemicals, new equipment or parts for relevant industries).

• Explore new market opportunities in the region.

• Seek out and propose joint-venture concepts (i.e. working with other businesses or brands) that may be synergistic with our long-term strategic goals.

E-commerce Operations:

• Process and ship out daily orders accurately and on time.

• Provide good customer service through after-sales tips and answering enquiries on time.

• Closely monitor stock levels and highlight to the team if there is a need to restock items.

• Assist with purchasing new stocks and materials where necessary.

• Arrange production schedule and schedule part-time packers as required.

• Submit monthly Shopee and Lazada campaigns on time, to ensure we participate in mega and category campaigns such as 11.11, 25.11, home & living sale etc.

• Liaise closely with Shopee/Lazada account manager to resolves platforms issues as required.

• Keep track of competitor products, promotions and sales performance.

E-commerce Development:

• Research and propose ways to improve/grow our e-commerce business.

• Research new products to be offered on our store.

Grow the Slurpy Bear business through creative content and marketing campaigns, as well as collaborating with new media and eco-friendly partners that will positively impact our brand.

• Develop creative content for social media, website and other online platforms.

• Conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns for brand awareness and engagement.

• Explore collaborations with suitable influencers and media partners.

• Research new products that are sustainable for the environment.

• Explore new channels such as events and roadshows to expand our market reach.
