As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030, we are seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Marketing Cloud to deliver the strategy and execution of email marketing, SMS marketing, and journey-building. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of configuring Marketing Cloud, who can work alongside our Salesforce team and audience owners to ensure we get the most out of the platform and deliver great constituent experiences.
The Sr. Coordinator, Marketing Cloud will take their passion for digital marketing and fundraising, platform operations and marketing analytics to execute on IJM’s email, texting, journey building, and audience building functionalities. This role will be central on the digital marketing team, representing how email, text, and other Marketing Cloud capabilities can best be used to serve our goal of increasing awareness, engagement, and revenue to end slavery in our lifetime. The ideal candidate will be driven by data, team collaboration and refining marketing strategies. They will joyfully dive into details to see how various forms of digital communication and channels perform and look to continuously improve results for lead generation, fundraising and advocacy.
This position is based in the Washington, DC area and is available to be hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays). Remote employment may be considered on a case by case basis. Policies and Procedures
Configure business process managed through Marketing Cloud, e.g. content approval processes.
Solution design and execution of Marketing Cloud, ensuring best practices are followed and the full features of the solution are used, where appropriate.
Provide technical oversight of the use of Marketing Cloud, ensuring standard processes are followed with quality assurance in mind.
Communication
Work closely with regional stakeholders, Salesforce GTS team, Audience Owners, and Business Operation teams to design and develop solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Collaborate with the GTS Salesforce team to troubleshoot any Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality issues to identify and solve for root cause.
Act as point of contact to address anomalies and troubleshooting of the solution to identify source issues while working across teams to drive resolution.
Research, Program Management and M&E
Provide support to audience owner teams using Marketing Cloud.
Establish an intimate understanding of source data, to drive campaign tactics and customer journey goals.
Documentation, Reporting & Data Management
Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups.
Map Data across multiple data sources, driving standardization and creating workflows that support personalization in customer communications.
Partner with Data and Insights team on Google Analytics integrations with SFMC.
Clerical and Administration
Build email and SMS campaigns according to project input requirements: verify content, images, design/layout, links and any opportunity for dynamic content.
General Tasks
Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree Required.
2+ years in digital marketing execution.
3+ years marketing automation experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, responsibilities including systems design, database management, administration and implementation and hands on knowledge of Studios and Builders is a must.
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential preferred.
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Developer a plus.
Experience working with and serving multiple stakeholders and strategies.
Technical Competencies
Configure and run triggers and API calls within the Marketing Cloud platform.
Deep knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Analytics Builder, Ad Studio, Audience Builder & Automation Studio components.
Experience with basic HTML (For example, creating tables, links, and bolding).
Working knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SQL and/or SOQL.
Excellent marketing copy writing/editing skills.

Strategy & Knowledge Development & Implementation
Develop multi-channel marketing materials for partnerships with conferences, tours and events.

Communication
Lead annual refresh and lead project management of core conference/event program pieces, ensuring that we increase revenue year-over-year.

The CRO is responsible for ensuring that the organization meets it fiduciary, legal, and duty of care requirements; setting enterprise-wide standards for compliance, duty of care, and risk management; and developing the systems, processes, and capacities to provide effective support for the mission. The CRO also serves as a key strategic advisor and counsel for the CEO, Global Leadership Team (GLT), and the IJM Board of Directors.
The CRO reports directly to the CEO and is part of the Global Leadership Team (GLT). The CRO provides direct supervisory management to the following functions and corresponding roles: General Counsel, Global Security and Enterprise Governance and Compliance.
This position is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) if located in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.
Leadership: Working closely with the CEO and the COO, the CRO plays a significant role in the executive leadership of IJM’s global mission and vision. As a member of the GLT and the Global Operations Council, the CRO serves as a key strategic advisor and counsel for the executive leadership of the mission.
Establish the organizational standards for the most critical areas of IJMs operations—compliance, risk management, duty of care, ethics, and safeguarding.

Legal Affairs:

Corporate Governance:
Supporting the effective corporate governance of the mission through strategic and administrative support for the IJM Global Board, including leading Board meeting content and execution, reporting communications, Board development, and Board policy.
Manage the corporate governance of all legal entities within the IJM global enterprise and ensure that all offices/entities within the IJM Enterprise are compliant with local laws and the Sole Member governance framework.
Enterprise Risk Management:
Develop, implement, and manage the structures, frameworks, and processes that equip the GLT and GLT Councils to identify enterprise-wide risks (internal and external) and make informed decisions to manage/mitigate those risks.
Develop, articulate, and implement the governing standards on IJMs approach to risk (i.e., IJMs risk tolerance/appetite) and ensure that it is reflected in IJMs policies, operations, and activities.
Lead the development, management, and training on IJMs crisis response framework; serve as the executive leader for enterprise crisis response.
Regularly report to the Board and GLT on the portfolio of enterprise risks to the mission.
Manage the standards and processes for negotiating, securing, and administering IJMs portfolio of business insurance policies.
Security:
Lead a matrixed team of world-class security professionals who provide excellent, solution-oriented support, counsel, and training to the mission on safety and security.
Develop, implement, and manage the standards, processes, and capacities to ensure safety and security standards and duty of care requirements are met across all of IJMs operations and activities.
Ethics and Safeguarding:
Develop, implement, and manage the systems, processes, and capacities to identify and appropriately respond to any incidents or reports of ethical misconduct or safeguarding violations.
Data Management & Privacy:
Develop, implement, and manage the systems, processes, and capacities for managing IJMs data in compliance with cross-jurisdictional legal requirements for data maintenance, preservation, management, sharing, privacy, and retention.

The individual in this role collects, processes, analyzes, and disseminates both strategic -level intelligence that supports the needs of programs in the regional hubs; supports national and regional programs; informs senior-level decision-makers; contributes to the setting of strategic priorities; and positions the regions to address emerging criminal issues. Analystical support includes identifying modus operandi; crime trends and patterns; emerging threats; and external factors such as technology, demographics, or economics that potentially impact criminal activity.
This Senior Criminal Intelligence / OSINT Analyst also collects, processes, analyzes, and disseminates actionable operational-level intelligence to facilitate specific law enforcement and fieldwork outcomes. Operational-level analytical support includes identifying links between suspects and their involvement in criminal activity; identifying key investigative or information gaps; and providing or preparing profiles of known or suspected victims and criminals.

The Manager is a key member of the US Accounting and Operations team and will support the work of justice by participating in the essential business functions of accounts payable and financial operations for the US.

Policies and Procedures
Accounting Standards update: Work with the Director of US Accounting and Operations to update IJM accounts payable and payroll related policies based on the latest GAAP pronouncements.
Documentation, Reporting & Data Management
Account Reconciliation: Reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts payable and other general ledger account balances.
Accounts Payable: Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices, assist the AP team in accurately inputting invoices, contracts and supporting documents into Workday with appropriate coding
Journal Entries: Assist with month-end closing and quarterly reporting process including reviewing and posting journal and accrual entries.
Vendor Management: Manage the vendor maintenance, contracts and payment schedules for IJM US and Global payments processed in the US.
Training: Lead trainings for staff in relation to accounts payable, expense reporting and time tracking in accordance with Company policies. Updated training materials and support on SharePoint pages, Knowledge-Based-Articles, etc.
Tax related support: Assist the Director of US Accounting and Operations with state tax registrations, and expat tax filings.
General Accounting & Statutory Compliance
Monthly Close: Participate in monthly close process; account analysis and reconciliation, post journal entries and resolve questions for a timely close.
Year-end Close: Assist with the 1099 and 1042 record keeping process, filing forms electronically to the IRS, and mailing the forms to the suppliers. Continuing to improve the payment process.
Audit and Tax Statutory Filings: Work with the Director of US Accounting and Operations to gather support for audits (annual financial statement audit, 403b audit, workers compensation audit, etc.) and tax filings such as Form 1099s, Form 941s, Form 990s, etc. Perform reconciliations and checks for accuracy of expenses and payables information; compile schedules for financial statement audit.
General Tasks
Process Improvement: Collaborate with global team members to continuously work on improving existing processes and use of technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with AP and Payroll team members responsible to track performance and efficiency.
Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred;
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience;
Proven ability to apply US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; and

The Sr. Lead is a member of the Operations and Portfolio Management (OPM) team within the Global Programs division. Global Programs exists to assist IJM field teams around the world by providing a unified source for strategy, standards and policies, and products and services.
The OPM team is the Swiss Army Knife of the already versatile Global Programs division. OPM provides a wide variety of services both ongoing (operations) and project based (portfolio management). Therefore, the Sr. Lead role is dynamic by nature. As a member of this team, the Sr. Lead will be responsible for executing, managing and ensuring the successful completion of all ongoing and discrete projects to which they are assigned within the division. The Sr. Lead is also responsible for maintaining and improving the portfolio management processes and systems for the Global Programs division, with special focus on streamlining internal communications across global teams.

The Sr. Analyst will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of daily and period-end Treasury activities including managing the company’s cash flow forecast, optimizing cash flow, identifying cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies and regulatory compliance. Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, treasury technology, and cash management will contribute to our overall financial success. The Sr. Analyst will provide lead and support the treasury team with banking relationships, liquidity risk management, financing, ensuring adequate liquidity for IJM entities, risk management, and investment management.

Treasury Management: This position will oversee day to day treasury operations to ensure IJM’s liquidity and smooth cash flow to meet financial obligations and needs for operating, financing, investing, and other activities:
Manage banking relationship, policy, training and compliance for the organization and all offices.
Optimize strategic cash forecasting and intra-organizational cash flow;
Approve cash funding requests from country offices/treasury analyst to maintain adequate liquidity while minimizing foreign currency exposure and trapped cash;

Treasury Technology: This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the technology systems and tools used within the treasury department. This position will work closely with both the treasury team, internal technology team, and senior management to implement, maintain, and enhance the treasury technology stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and maintain treasury management systems, financial risk management tools, and other technology platforms used in treasury operations.

As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030, we are seeking a Global Director, IT Services to be part of the Global Technology Solutions Management team and direct a global team to ensure the delivery and support of IT services and systems across all IJM regions, while providing responsive customer service.
This position partners with the Business, PMO and IT teams to ensure alignment while optimizing and scaling technology service and support across the organization. The Global Director, IT Services is also responsible for global fulfillment and delivery of IJM workstation equipment and effective support of corporate issued devices and other core applications.
As a leader in the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) department, this successful candidate will be an effective technical problem solver and be capable of leading teams responsible for supporting a growing global organization.
This position is based in the Washington, DC area and is available to be hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays). It reports to the Vice President, IT Operations and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.
Leadership and Management: Responsibilities to communicate, drive organizational vision and strategies, and foster IJM’s culture of spiritual health and integrity. Tasks include overseeing safety and security of team members, management and development of team members, crisis management, financial stewardship and management, and contributing to initiatives and processes. For people management positions, this category is mandatory and tasks must align with the advancement of IJM’s theory of change.
Develop and lead the Global IT Services team, including offshore partners, to carry out the support for IJM staff and global systems, and aligns with regional strategies.
Build and develop a customer-focused team and provide global staff with direction, mentoring, and coaching.
Implement performance and professional development standards and rhythms based on organizational and department standards.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, evaluating, and managing of the IT Services team.
Organize and prioritize work to ensure critical issues are being addressed in an acceptable timeframe and in compliance with internal SLA’s.
Identify, capture and provide monthly reporting on key IT services and service desk management metrics and KPI’s.
Provide Arlington Office support resources for AV equipment and services including video conferencing, conference center events and meeting room support.
Strategy & Knowledge Development & Implementation: Responsibilities that formulate objectives, priorities, and the implementation of plans consistent with the long-term interest of the organization in a global environment. Tasks may include content development, briefing a stakeholder, informal trainings, etc.
Develop and execute a new global support model for IT services in order to provide optimal customer support in all IJM locations worldwide.
Develop multi-year hiring strategy and onboard a full global IT Services team including both global and regional positions.
Advise GTS leadership on recommendations for improved processes, systems and services to meet the global support needs for the entire organization.
Work with GTS leadership to define the IT roadmap, contribute to IJM technology strategy and perform cost analysis and budget planning.
Stay current on technology trends with a focus on advances and innovations that offer potential value to global organizations.
Policies and Procedures: All responsibilities that include drafting proposals, memorandums, policies, best practices, and process documents, both internally and externally.
Lead the implementation of IJM global IT service and support strategy, and champion the adoption of service management & ITIL best practices.
Leads the development and continuous improvement of service management processes, tools, and service desk operations.
Collaborate with GTS and business stakeholders to optimize support processes and configuration of the ServiceNow Service Management system.
Develop and manage new support processes for global deployments leveraging enterprise platforms such as Office 365, Salesforce and Workday.
Ensure organizational support for hardware and software issues including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft 365, LAN/WAN connectivity, workstation and laptop hardware components and peripherals and printing issues.
Partner with global procurement teams to develop technology purchasing strategies, and ensure the effective acquisition, fulfillment and delivery of staff laptops and desktops to IJM staff globally; ensure compliance with IJM’s 4-year asset replacement cycle.
Develop knowledge base process and educate global support team on best practices Maintain proper documentation through development of SOPs, system documentation and process workflow.
Networking & Partnership: Responsibilities which include developing and maintaining relations, alliances and coalitions within and outside the organization using them to obtain information, support and meet objectives of the program goals.
Work closely with Cyber Security to ensure IT services and infrastructure align with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the effective delivery of IT services.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize value for the organization.
Partner with Project Management Office on IT Projects and Service rollouts Work with the Enterprise Applications team on ensure their platforms and systems are available and have the necessary operational support processes in place.
Collaborate with the Technical Training and Adoption team to provide training materials for core platforms and systems.
Communication: Organized planning, delivering, monitoring and revising communication, both internally and externally, to ensure its flow from top to bottom clearly.
Ensure the organization is kept informed on the status availability of IT services, especially during outages and other service interruptions.
Provide periodic reporting on service status to include uptime and performance of IT Services.
Regularly inform the GTS team on policy, process and procedure changes related to IT Services.
Review and inform training on all IT Services and Support procedures.
Technology Infrastructure and System Availability: Responsibilities which include oversight of core IT infrastructure, platforms and systems to ensure uptime and availability of IT Services.
Provide oversight and ensure availability of global IT systems and infrastructure, including a predominantly Microsoft technology landscape, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, as well as the global network utilizing Cisco Meraki and Fortinet equipment.
Ensure our global staff has the right productivity tools to connect with each other, making remote workspaces as seamless as our physical office spaces through cloud-based collaboration platforms, enterprise communication, and document sharing and storage across the globe.
Partner with key business stakeholders and product owners to better serve their functions and responsibilities.
Own 24/7 service operations and delivery, including Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Change and Incident Management, ensuring an on-call support staff is always available.
Work closely with GTS product owners and solution architects to design, develop, and deploy effective global cloud infrastructure solutions.
Manage implementation and ensure support of reliable and high-performing office technology, including conferencing technology and AV systems across all IJM offices.
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 15+ years IT experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides IT support in a fast-paced, professional environment
8+ years leading IT Service Desk teams including project management, incident management, change management, request management, and communication (prior experience with global system support and deployment a plus)
5+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more IT staff
5+ years providing IT training to end-users
Technical Competencies:
Successful implementation of an enterprise service desk platform required, leveraging operational and design proficiencies (ServiceNow experience preferred)
Working knowledge of client/server technology, network protocols and skillsets to troubleshoot end-user workstations
Experience leading teams providing cloud-based platform support preferred
Operational proficiencies in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based applications
Experience with desktop configuration/deployment required
Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred
Experience with designing and implementing support processes
A/V support experience preferred
ITIL Foundations required
Experience with project management, vendor management, and budgeting required
Bi-lingual English and (Spanish, German, or a language spoken in an IJM office) preferred

The Coordinator is a member of the Operations and Portfolio Management (OPM) team within the Global Programs division. Global Programs exists to assist IJM field teams around the world by providing a unified source for strategy, standards and policies, and products and services. The OPM team’s mission is to advance Global Programs’ leadership of global strategy, customers, and technical expertise by partnering with key stakeholders to design, implement, and manage priority projects and ensure operational excellence. Team members drive and execute multi-disciplinary projects and ongoing operations within Global Programs, including participants from other IJM divisions. The team provides services at the request of project owners, as well as initiating and managing its own projects.
The OPM team is the Swiss Army Knife of the already versatile Global Programs division. OPM provides a wide variety of services both ongoing (operations) and project based (portfolio management). Therefore, the Coordinator role is dynamic by nature. As a member of this team, the Coordinator will be involved in work across the programming portfolio of the Division and thus will have a unique perspective on cross-cutting issues, common challenges, and possible cross-fertilization of tools, techniques and approaches. They are expected to be proactive in identifying opportunities for intra-divisional experience sharing and streamlining.
Though this job is preferred to be hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area, we will consider qualified remote candidates. It reports to the Director, Operations and Portfolio Management and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.
Leadership and Management
On select projects, act in support of the project manager: schedule project meetings, coordinate meeting logistics, set up interpretation services as needed, record and document meetings;
On other projects, act as primary project manager: create a project timeline, maintain the project workflow, facilitate cross-functional team communication, produce tools to help key stakeholders engage in the project, track action items, design agendas, schedule meetings and craft attendee lists, translate shared documents as needed, maintain project files, ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the project holder; and
Maintain workflows for assigned GPLT members, including calendar, timecard approvals, etc., as delegated, and highlighting critical communications when they are out on PTO or sabbatical.
Strategy & Knowledge Development & Implementation
Develop and utilize technology skills to enhance the Division’s contribution to IJM strategic initiatives through:
Taking advantage of opportunities to learn appropriate new software applications in use within the Division; and
Serving as the SharePoint page administrator for content owners among assigned GPLT members.
Capitalize on the unique breadth of exposure to divisional activities to inform strategy by identifying, documenting, and sharing with the GPLT any needs, redundancies, and collaboration opportunities for divisional teams and projects.
Networking & Partnership
Maintain IJM’s culture and reputation by creating and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external parties by corresponding over email or phone and, when necessary, by facilitating in person meetings and gatherings, with colleagues, vendors, donors, etc;
Provide additional support to the Chief Program Officer’s Executive Assistant, to include running divisional meetings and coordinating divisional retreats;
Create and maintain positive working relationships with other coordinators and executive assistants across IJM globally;
Support the onboarding and orientation of new staff in the division; and
Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
Policies and Procedures
Contribute to the maintenance of style guides and internal best practices and standards as needed;
Document and diagram processes as needed; and
Support Divisional leaders in compliance with all IJM policies affecting their work.
Communication
Assist assigned GPLT members in preparation of communications materials, including inputs for division newsletters, presentations, or meetings; and
Inform divisional strategy by documenting and sharing with the GPLT any needs, redundancies, and collaboration opportunities for divisional teams and projects.
Training and Development
Support the Director, Operations in development and delivery of in-house training;
Maintain communications with and facilitate registration of participants in external training; and
Keep records of participation and results of post-training feedback surveys.
Events and Logistics
Support the planning for and hosting of divisional team building events (to include booking venues, organizing catering, and planning activities); and
Coordinate travel, speaking engagements, and major donor meetings for assigned GPLT members.
Clerical and Administration
Organize and maintain the calendars of senior leaders within the Global Programs Leadership Team (GPLT);
Design and distribute meeting agendas for GPLT members;
Complete minor administrative tasks for GPLT members (e.g., filing expense reports, paying vendor invoices, approving timesheets, submitting IT tickets, etc.); and
Provide basic technical support to five GPLT members (e.g., troubleshoot malfunctioning Zoom links, explain how to screen share, demonstrate how to initiate interpretation on Zoom).
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communications, Business, or other relevant field;
At least 1 year of experience providing top-level administrative support in fast-paced, professional environment;
Experience working in a hybrid work environment; and
Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
Excellent grasp of the English language;
Ability to quickly learn new software applications, such as, Mural, Craft CMS, FloDesk;
Expertly using Microsoft Suite of tools, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word;
Expertly using Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams, and other global communication platforms;
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus; and
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
