JOBS RESPONSIBLE

• Responsible for sales of security and communication systems projects
• Sell a range of services that include Security Solutions and Facilities Management.
• Work closely with management team to develop strategies to ensure that sales targets and budgets are achieved and exceeded
• Meetings and sales presentations to potential clients.
• Implementing strategies to boost sales
• Preparation and follow-up of quotation / tender and visiting customers as necessary
• Manage existing customers and develop new customers to foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention
• Establish milestones and enforce strict deadlines for projects
• Develop product strategies and manage the product life cycle to support business growth
• Achieve revenue targets and KPIs as determined by the company

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 2-3 years of experience working with physical security design and implementation of Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV Surveillance and other security systems
• Ability to read and understand schematic/line/riser diagrams, reflected ceiling and floor plans
• Strong electronics and electrical codes knowledge, computer networking and general PC knowledge
• Strong organizational, written and verbal skills, troubleshooting and critical thinking
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Security System Technology Sales Engineer

We are looking for a tech-savvy person in the field of security technology systems. The Sales Engineer should have extensive knowledge of both software and hardware relating to security systems and maintain up to date with advancements in the field.

The Sales Engineer Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their needs.
• Discuss system design and requirements with the client.
• Preparing and develop technical presentations, Single Line Diagrams, and quotations for the client.
• Soliciting client feedback on our marketing materials and strategies.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these to the management.
• Continuous self-upgrading in our line of trade.

The Sales Engineer Requirements:

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Diploma / Degree in engineering.
• Able to read and understand CAD drawings.
• Able to produce Gantt Charts.
• Experience in sales and or engineering
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to relate technical information to non-technical clients (layman)
• Good project management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team working skills.
• Willingness to advance sales and engineering education.
