We are looking for content marketing interns who are passionate about producing creative video content on social media channels, particularly on TikTok & Instagram, as well as YouTube.

You will be working with the team at iFAST TV, a lifestyle and finance video channel, that produces their own original programmes/series, and assists the various business units within the company with producing advertisements for financial products.

iFAST TV is a division of iFAST Corporation's (SGX: AIY) group of companies, including FSMOne, iFAST Global Markets, iFAST Global Bank, iFAST Central & iFAST Global Prestige.

Responsibilities:

• Content ideation and script writing for social media and YouTube
• Create and develop engaging video content for social media and business objectives
• Direct, record and edit videos suitable for social media
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and reel covers
• Craft social and ad copies for social media
• Record and analyse social media data and statistics, as well as ad performance

Requirements:

• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Prior experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation is preferred
• Natural flair for humour
• Comfortable to appear in videos when necessary
• Proficiency in video editing skills (CapCut and/or Premiere Pro)
• Basic design skills (Canva/Illustrator/Photoshop)

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews and assessments on targeted compliance issues, investigations or potential problems
• Keep abreast of developments and changes in regulations governing the capital market and financial advisory industry. Plan, develop, monitor, revise and implement the Company’s compliance initiatives in response to such changes
• Preparation of various reports for submission to regulators/authorities
• Facilitate compliance-related training for staff and directors and promote compliance culture within the Company
• Handle other compliance duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• A good degree in Accountancy, Business, Banking & Finance or Law
• Minimum 1-2 years of compliance experience in capital market and financial advisory industry
• Good understanding of regulations affecting business operations, which include but are not limited to the Securities and Futures Act (SFA), Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

• Support the product team for iFAST product financing business (margin loans) in the management of the margin business and drive growth for the regional loan book across Singapore/Malaysia/Hong Kong
• Research and analyse current market trends to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive offshore wealth and banking business division for key markets
• Assist and collaborate in large-scale regional Fintech projects that would add value to iFAST ecosystem and support in end-to-end planning and delivery of project cycle
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal/compliance, IT, finance, operations and various regional business units to achieve project outcomes
• Support in the ad-hoc UAT testing on web and mobile application portals for ongoing and new projects
