Job Description:-

- Process Material Requisitions from sites
- Ensure proper and complete closure of all Materials Requisitions
- Support projects team and contracts dept in sourcing for specify materials and equipment

- Negotiate & secure best prices and payment terms with supplier
- Verify delivery order / invoice quantity and rate with Purchase Order
- Maintain and update the approved supplier list in accordance to company's ISO procedure
- Monitor, maintain and update status and allocation of assets (machinery and equipment)
- Monitor maintenance schedule, servicing, calibration for machinery or equipment
- Monitor and update material, rental price

- Provide administrative support

- Others duties as assigned

Requirement:-

- Diploma / Certificate in Purchasing Management

- Good in communication and negotiation skills

- Min 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in construction field

Role:

• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operation
• Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget and quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements
• Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings
• Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and authorities
• Ensure safer construction activities are implemented on site and corporate WSHE standards are met

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Architecture
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a project management role, preferably in landed properties
• Strong project management skills
• Good leadership and organisation skills, with excellent people management skills

• Excellence analytical ability during project planning and implementation stages in order to minimize risks and overcome potential problems

Job description

· Prepare technical drawings & shop drawings based on given specifications for submission

· Prepare drafting and preliminary layout according to client’s requirements within timeline

· Perform design modifications from drawings as and when needed

· Verify completed job tasks, check dimensions and determine materials

· Work closely with the Project Team for site measurement/ assessment when required.

· To work closely with other subcontractors and trade specialists when required.

· Systematically manage hard copy & soft copy of the as-built drawings including filing, storage & retrieval of the drawings.

· To handle any other ad-hoc assignment by Management

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

· Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Architectural/Building/Drafting or equivalent

· At least 3 years of related working experience

· Well-versed in BIM, AutoCAD, CAD, 2D, 3D drawings

· Experience in interior design industry, space planning would be an added advantage
