IBM consulting GIC is operating from 30+ CICs across APAC, EMEA & Americas (LA & NA). For IBM delivery to contracted client business, a global shared reusable network as well as dedicated network (on case-to-case basis) is required to be established, governed, managed & monitored throughout the life-cycle management of the client contracts.

There is an existing IBM managed network of two flavors that are shared in nature, carrying network traffic of 100+ contracts & multiple contract specific dedicated network are also in existence.

IBM Consulting Network Lead role is to manage the client delivery network, ensuring no disruption in client delivery by working closely with other Network Leads across globe, project delivery executives, clients and network service providers.

The responsibilities of the role :

• Strategize the technology roadmap for assuring secured, available, and compliant client delivery network at optimal price point
• Global program management of the client delivery network, by adequate & effective liaison with CIC network leads,
• Issue and escalation management,
• Effective stake-holder management at IBM internal & IBM external client level.

Key Skills and Experience required:

• Expert knowledge and experience of IBM Consulting(IBMC) ’s client delivery network platforms and associated variants
• Deep understanding of IBMC’s client delivery involving delivery centres
• Working experience of IBM’s global delivery

The Business Process Delivery Global Business Controls Leader is a focal point for the following but not limited to :

1. Responsible for execution of controls and compliance activities in support of BPO Delivery Centers resulting in a satisfactory or better controls posture.

2. Maintaining and updating the annual BPO/BPOD Controls Framework.

3. Drive process improvements across the BPO Delivery Controls function.

4. Explore and build out BPO Controls as a Service offering and an extension of the Process Excellence team.

5. Roll out IBM Consulting Integrity Program across all of BPO Delivery.

6. Support all Audits and regular communication of audit status to leadership.

As a Complex Project Manager in IBM, You will
• Be responsible for successful delivery of IBM's largest and most complex SAP Implementation, System Integration and Migration / Modernization client commitments.
• Possess through the experience and understanding on SAP Implementation, Migration, S/4 HANA Upgrade, Cloud migration, RISE Implementation and migration.
• Manage client engagements, ensuring delivery of SAP solutions for complex IT, business and client requirements.
• Responsible to understand the SAP solution, architecture and implementation methodology.
• Responsible for leading a project team in delivering a SAP solution to the client with overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
• Be responsible for managing all project resources, including Global Delivery resources, vendors and subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Customer Transformation Solutioning Leader for APAC geography, responsible for reviewing all Customer Transformation solutions in that Geography and providing approval (as delegate to Customer Transformation Global Solutioning leader).

• Manage the Customer Transformation Solutioning pipeline for APAC, ensure Solutioning team is engaged early, be fully briefed on all deals, and provide updates to senior management.

• Be Solutioning lead on large cross Service Line Customer transformation deals as required.

• Coach and mentor the Customer Transformation Solutioning team

The Senior Solution Consultant is to translate the client's business requirements to define solutions to meet client needs, works in levels of abstraction, applies industry knowledge, and leverages appropriate business elements and tools to address those needs.

This includes working with client personnel and executives to identify functional and non-functional requirements and subsequently working with and leading others in the identification, justification and design of the client's solution.

The Senior Solution Consultant is responsible for a wide range of architectural activities from requirements analysis through process and tools design specification.

The position requires significant knowledge across multiple processes or tools, as well as broad knowledge, and will include directing the efforts of less experienced architects.

Reporting to the Solutions Leaders, the Senior Solution Consultant will be responsible for total ownership of the overall solution (Finance and Accounting) / (Others) and serves as the primary point of contact.

• The Senior Solution Consultant will work with the Bid Management, operations teams, advisors/consultants, and other stakeholders to shape the final solution and the bid submission. This includes leading customer design workshops, inputs on contract schedules, and commercials.
• The Senior Solution Consultant must also understand not just the functional aspects of the business but also the business needs and the overall impact of his/her solution to the profitability of the business.
• Liaise with business/operations to design solution architecture for RFPs/RFI and other bids
• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution development, and workshops.
