Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide support, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of mobile phones.
• Including SMD repairs such as re-balling, soldering, reflowing of I/Cs, transistors, capacitors and other components/chipsets on a Motherboard.
• Resolve software issues using established SOPs.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of the work area.
• Ensure proper use of tools issued.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and gadgets.
• Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionally of new phones.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by report manager and/or management.
Requirements
• Customer oriented with good communication skills
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with English-speaking customers
• Preferably with a customer service experience to service customers with products/services.
• Preferable have experience on troubleshooting, repair and dismantle of LCD screen and motherboard.
• 6 day work week
• Working Time: 11noon to 8pm
• Singaporean/PR age above 40
