Pick up and drop off staff/workers in a safe and timely manner

• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act
• Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures

• Monitoring and verifying that the environmental control plan is adhered to at all times and taking action if the specifications are not followed
• Monitoring and verifying that environmental impacts are kept to a minimum during the planning and design and construction phases of the project
• Assisting the project team in ensuring that all environmental authorisation have been obtained;
• Ensuring that environmental awareness training is implemented as specified through the environmental training needs analysis;
• Reviewing and approving environmental objectives and targets;
• Assisting the contractor in finding environmentally responsible solutions to problems
• Conducting, surveillance, monthly inspections and detailed audits;
• Compiling and completing checklists in order to aid the surveillance and inspection requirements;
• Keeping records of all activities/incidents concerning the environment on site in a Site Diary;

Develop BIM models from rough sketches/ CAD and specifications fromp BIM 2D documentation as per BIM standards used in the project.

Responsible for the updates as per the latest information provided and ensure the quality of the BIM models.

Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager to ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.

Develop overall architectural, structural and M&E drafting / shop drawings

Assisting in plan, design, presentation and documentation

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Proficient with C&S 2D/3D Models

Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models

Good knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Naviswork, MS Word, Excel

Inspect and identify all possible forms of hazards in a work environment

Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements

Check equipment to ensure it is in working condition and do not pose any environment health hazard to user or the workplace

Provide solutions to address any unsafe practices or act at workplace

Conduct risk assessments on work site

Prepare reports on workplace safety assessments

Take charge of all matters related to environmental health such as:

Disease-bearing insects and rodents

Proper disposal of construction waste

Noise, air and dust pollution

Earth littering

Siltation of drains

Food hygiene in workers canteens if any

Any other environmental health matters

Report these conditions/situations with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence

•Carry out site preparation, coordination and documentation submission

•Coordinate and liaise on-site with client, consultant, and sub-contractors to ensure project requirements are met

•Coordinate and address any on-site safety and quality management issues

•Follow up and monitor project progression and report to management

•Any other ad-hoc assignment

•Ensure suppliers/sub-contractors contract agreement executed by vendors

•Prepare progress claim/payment

•Carry out site preparation, coordination and documentation submission

•Coordinate and liaise on-site with client, consultant, and sub-contractors to ensure project requirements are met

•Coordinate and address any on-site safety and quality management issues

•Follow up and monitor project progression and report to management

Handles site administration works e.g. raise Purchase Requisitions, filing of Delivery Orders, data entry, manage all site office equipment, prepare minutes of meeting/progress reports/daily reports.

Attend all meetings as and when required by Project Manager

Compile and prepare daily reports

Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel

Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials

Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

Good organization and multi-tasking skills

Candidate must possess at least 'O' level/ SPM
