We are seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in full-cycle accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, including skills in financial analysis and intercompany reconciliations. Job descriptions:

• Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet schedules on a monthly basis.
• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing procedures.
• Develop and implement processes, transaction flows, and accounting treatments.
• Manage timely tax reporting, payments, and tax planning for efficiency.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain intercompany schedules.
• Review and consolidate cash flow reports.
• Coordinate audit schedule, address auditor queries, and prepare financial statements and schedules.
• Handle corporate secretarial matters and banking affairs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as required by management.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Experience with a full set of accounts and tax is a must.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other member of multi-disciplinary Engineers to review load profiles and design the Energy Storage System to meet load profiles requirements set out in the technical requirements;
• Develop, maintain and update engineering standards;
• Ensure compliance with Company quality program;
• Provide recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection;
• Perform complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles;
• Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing or Business development;
• Support multiple projects on the complex technical challenges;
• Develop and apply advanced engineering concepts and approaches to unique engineering problems
• Develop battery container layouts and coordinate with electrical, civil and PV engineering team for complete packages for installation;
• Develop single-line and three-line diagrams with required electrical details for the battery system in accordance with local codes and requirements;
• Model energy storage system performance, coordinate, obtain and integrate BMS, EMS and SCADA designs for the battery system from third party monitoring companies;
• Develop technical specifications and scopes of work for owners, engineering firms and contractors.

• Knowledgeable and experience on the different parameters for design, selection, and sizing of the batteries as well leveraging the parameters to optimise sizes of the batteries;
• Experience on Battery Energy Storage System design, chemistry selection, performance modelling, lifetime estimation simulations of batteries, degradation and augmentation schedules, visualization of business model (duty cycle) would be advantageous;
• Strong project management skills;
• Proficient in AutoCAD

As a Site Engineer, you will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of BESS projects, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines and safety standards. You will diagnose system malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to optimize system performance and minimize downtime. The role involves coordinating with contractors, conducting customer acceptance walkthroughs, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or renewable energy, with hands-on experience in BESS installations and maintenance, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordinate with all stakeholders and produce the proposal (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP etc.) response and submit a winning proposal respond;
• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes;
• Organise and hold the bid kick-off meeting;
• Define the bid cost structure, with the support of Engineering team;
• Manage the interfaces with Partners and Client;
• Analyse Contract requirements and conditions;
• Assist in bid vendors list definition, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for best offers;
• Prepare the bidding documents for the subcontract RFQ’s;
• Integrate proposal packages prepared by the individual Operating Companies and Proposal Partners (if any) and reconcile possible discrepancies;
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation;
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements;
• Contribution in cost and price calculations;
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers;
