Purpose

• Ensure buy-in of Business Unit Director, Medical partner, sales team and Brand team to the brand plans and operation plans via FRM /pre-CRM and Commercial Operations reviews and the drive evolution and execution of plans through the Brand Plan and Execution Plan process.
• Drive the market research and analysis to drive successful strategy for Marketing and Brand portfolios where required.
• Ensure development of key dashboard for each asset to track progress and highlight issues.
• Control promotional expenditure, and its effectiveness. This implies that optimum profitability is the objective of promotional expenditure. Expenditure should be controlled within budget or forecast limits.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Sales Teams are aligned to the core business drivers: build relationships with internal customers to ensure cross functional support for assigned products.

Job Purpose:

The Regional Medical Lead (RML) will be a cross-portfolio lead in the dedicated Region as per business needs. The RML will enable delivery of medical affairs plans based on understandings on multi-dimensional environments and global strategies and supports external engagements/ presentations, data gap analysis and oversight of evidence generation activities across Local Operating Companies (LOCs). They are also an internal ambassador for the region, interfacing with the central product leads.

The objective of the role is to:

• Work closely with the Customer Engagement Leads to co-create global customer-centric integrated, omnichannel strategy and content plan;
• Work closely with EP Commercial Lead, Global matrix team and local markets to deliver an urology telemedicine pilot aimed at addressing key strategic pillars and trialling a new marketing model for established brands; and
• Embody and drive a behavioural shift to placing our customer (HCPs, patients and carers) in the centre of everything we do across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Customer Engagement Leads, Digital Marketing teams, Global and Regional Medical, Compliance, Legal, Commercial Trade Channel teams & key markets to:

• Lead urology customer-centric integrated omnichannel engagement strategy & content plan to drive behaviour shifts & SOV for Customers, Patients, Carers and Pharmacists;
• Provide value-adding and data-driven customer insights;
• Develop new and repurpose existing promotional content with external creative agencies in accordance with global brand planning timelines for Established Pharmaceuticals;
• Manage resources and A&P spends in the most efficient way with constant measurement of ROI and improvement;
• Embody an agile mentality – courage to test, learn and fail fast; and
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards in quality, compliance, ethical standards and company Codes.

Work within Urology team to:

• Align omnichannel strategy and content plan to P&L strategy and initiatives;
• Support the development and roll-out of global urology promotional material to local markets;
• Develop and roll out pharmacy, congress communication and engagement
• Facilitate regular business performance reviews with key markets and to refine strategy based on the insights from these markets;
• Special projects as designated by EP Commercial Lead.

We are currently hiring for a Segment Finance Business Partner for APAC to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance Partner to APAC CFO to support delivery of key Segment objectives of Sales, Profit and Cashflow.
• Segment Strategy development / deployment

1. Process owner and partner for APAC planning process – Strat Plan, Annual Plan, Major Forecast updates and Rolling Forecasts.
2. Lead financial analysis for key Segment resource allocation choices and strategic investment initiatives on a E2E basis.
3. Partner with APAC teams to shape and deploy APAC strategy (Strategic Portfolio Management / E-Commerce / Commercial Excellence/ VE / Procurement/ CBIA).
4. Own the RMCB process for APAC and drive actions for Commercial Risk management.

• Co-ordinate APAC Finance activities and deploy Global / Segment Finance Initiatives and Projects.
• Responsible for Performance Management within APAC, working with BU Finance Teams, C&C and P&F hub. Controller for Segment Commercial teams. Owner of Segment Governance process - MPRs, Business Reviews and Capital Reviews.
• MPR & COB preparation for the Segment.
• Investor relations SPOC for APAC – Own the Quarterly/Half yearly trading statements & all other Investor relations queries/requirements for APAC
• Represent the Segment in Global forums as the ‘voice of the Segment’ Manage the Segment relationship with the C&C / P&F hub and partner with them to deliver Segment requirements.
• Coordinate with One P&L stakeholders (Supply Chain, Global Support Functions and Procurement) to drive performance and strategic alignment.
• Lead Segment finance team and owner of the Finance Talent Agenda and capability building for APAC.
• Lead/drive cross regional Finance and business projects.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant or MBA graduate.
• More than 10 years operational experience covering P&F, C&C and E2E P&L management. In-market and/or supply chain finance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of building strong relationships in a Matrix organisation.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced work environment which involves quick re-prioritisation and focus on what matters most.
• Excellent communication skills and experience of working and communicating with Senior Stakeholders.
