Admin cum IT Officer

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate services with office-related vendors and service providers, food and beverage vendors, furniture vendors, stationery vendors, etc.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations procedures.
• Office Equipment Maintenance and Service Contract Management (including door access, copier, phone routers, office phones, fire extinguishers, etc)
• Support onboarding for new employees and setup of equipment.
• Maintains the live event production calendar.
• Schedules appointments and arranges all travel for company staff.
• Act as concierge to coordinate and set-up meetings and events as requested, including catering, set-up, clean-up and coordination of all other logistics (AV needs, supplies).
• Assist Finance Department on invoicing, basic data entry, filing and other matter.
• Provide First Level Support for Desktop and End User Support
• Provide regular maintenance and checks on Servers, Office CCTV/Recording System
• Work with vendors on regular maintenance on IT and Office Equipment
• Website Maintenance & marketing related task for company
• Support in company ad-hoc events
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by company when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with minimum 1 year experience in office admin. IT savvy is a plus.
• Working Knowledge of IT and office equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge on SAP software is add-on advantage.
• Organising and planning with ability to multi-task.
• Positive attitude and able to work dependently.
• Able to handle sensitive information in confidential manner.

• Prepare yearly management account and relevant supporting schedules.
• Prepare monthly reports including AR & AP Ageing, Bank Reconciliation.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.
• SAP Business One experience preferred*

Job Requirement:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of full set accounts experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP Business One.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Singaporean or SPR only.
