• Process payroll meticulously and punctually, ensuring alignment with legal and industry-specific requirements.
• Maintain meticulous employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and encompassing health insurance.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll matters, and industry-specific queries.
• Organize and facilitate employee training programs and workshops, tailored to enhance skills within the beauty industry.
• Support performance management processes, collaborating on goal-setting, evaluations, and nurturing a feedback culture.
• Manage employee relations, promptly addressing beauty industry-related concerns, grievances, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Maintain strict compliance with labor laws and regulations, adapting policies for the nuances of the beauty industry startup environment.
• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in both the HR and beauty sectors.
• Contribute to cultivating a positive and inclusive beauty-focused company culture within our vibrant startup environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full spectrum of HR and administration, preferably within the retail industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with payroll processing and payroll software is essential.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with operational and logistics tasks is a plus.

Degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
