a. Responsible and accountable for the daily supervision of all sites within the assigned cluster.

b. Conduct announced and unannounced visits to all sites within the assigned cluster based on department KPIs.

c. Monitor and ensure all Security Officers are carrying out their duties at a high-quality level to fulfil client and organisation expectations. Motivate Security Officers to achieve the agreed service level of contractual requirements.

d. Be proactive to liaise with site Supervisors to address and resolve perfromance related matters within the assigned cluster.

e. Liaise with clients regarding Site Operating Procedure. Ensure Security Officers are knowledgeable and well trained to perform all duties in accordance with requirements of the site and organisation's policies.

f. Deal with internal and external client complaints, incidents, and any irregularities. Submit relevant reports and corrective action plans to the Cluster Overall-In-Charge (OIC) and Head (Operations) for approved action or reference.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist with daily manpower planning and deployment for project sites

2. Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts based on site requirements

3. Manage and allocate off days and leaves for security officers in accordance with the Employment Contract

4. Compliance to all regulatory requirements

5. Coordinate and communicate with other Operations Executives on resource requirements

6. To highlight any grievances raised by officers immediately to the Head of Operations and HR

Job Description

1. To commit 3 days per week - Able to work on weekends and public holidays
2. 12 hours shift, 7.30 to 7.30
3. Various working locations available islandwide.

Requirements:-
• Valid PLRD license with RTT/CSSPB/PAPP trained
• Customer Service Oriented
• Completed mandatory required training modules in security
• Generic Skills/Communication/Service Excellence skills

Salary:-
Security Officer: Up to $130 gross per day
