CEEK Pte Limited, is a professional civil engineering design firm. We have considerable experience supporting main contractors at both tender and contract stage where we provide solutions for construction methodology, erection analysis, temporary works and alternative designs for major civil and building works.

Building on this experience we are now on Government’s Group 2 List of Consultants for the Civil and Infrastructure Development in Hong Kong. We are also trying to build up our local PE team get list in Panel 2 here in Singapore.

Our expertise encompasses both steel and reinforced/prestressed concrete

structures, geotechnical work and heavy lifting as well as pre-fabricated and

modularised structures. We aim to work at the forefront of engineering where the

skill and inventiveness of our staff add true value to our clients, enabling them to

secure high value projects at tender stage and then add further value as the

projects are constructed.

We have an established and growing workload covering diverse projects including large underground works for civil projects involving ERSS, Foundation, Geotechnial, Structural and Building especially Façade Team as well as Tunnelling, Reclamation and Site formation and Engineering for complex building structures, bridge works and other major structures.

Assistant Engineer

We are looking to employ Assistant Engineers with contemporary engineering skills in geotechnical and/or structural disciplines, that they are interested to apply to a wide variety of projects.

Whatever your skills we will strive with you to continue to grow your expertise and develop your capability to work in the widest possible forum.

Basic requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent,

· Knowledge of geotechnical finite element analysis software and structural analysis software will be an advantage,

· Ideally around 1–2 years civil design experience with either a contractor or a consultant,

· Varied years of experience can be accepted; as long as you fit then we can place you in a position to suit your experience; and

· Fresh graduates will be considered for starter positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Drafter with more than 3 years relevant engineering experience and proficient in AutoCad and or Microstation.

Knowledge of Revit or Sketchup would be an advantage.

The successful applicant will join a growing team within Singapore office and will be expected to deliver projects from our Singapore, Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices.

Principal/Professional Engineer

We are looking to employ an Principal/Professional Engineer with contemporary engineering skills as well a proven experience in leading an effective team.

Duties

· Take a leading role managing delivery of our engineering projects and assisting the company management in growing our established design office in Singapore.

· Plan, design, and coordinate such as civil projects and building projects, engineering design works for local projects covering a wide variety of work nature,

· Ensure all engineering solutions comply with all relevant Statutory standards, Regulations and Codes of Practices,

· Lead and manage the in-house engineering team ensuring engineering services follow best practices,

Basic Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering, must be recognized by Singapore Professional Engineering Board (PEB Singapore),

· Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or Chartered Engineer status

· Around 15 years or more of relevant experience in engineering design;

· Hands-on civil, structural and/or geotechnical expertise,

· Familiar with all aspects of the design submissions process for various types of projects in Singapore,

· Proven experience in team leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking for Senior Civil/Structural Engineer with 10 to 15 years relevant technical experience to take a lead role in our Singapore office.

The technical role will involve growing and mentoring a design team within our Singapore office and liaising with and utilising our expert resources in our Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices.

Review completed structural drawings, designs, and specifications.

Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities.

Liaise and coordinate with operation teams, consultants, and sub-contractors on design issues.

Prepare technical submissions for approval.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or another related field as recognized by Professional Engineer Board

Process contemporary engineering skills in geotechnical and/or structural disciplines, that they are interested to apply to a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with Quantity Surveying duties such as in various tasks such as preparing cost estimates, conducting material take-offs, and assisting the procurement process.

2.Project Payment Administration. Responsible for handling project payment administration, which includes preparing and verifying payment application, managing subcontractor invoices, and maintaining payment records.

3. Assist in reviewing and managing contracts, including contract administration, variation orders and tracking project cost.

4. Cost Control and Budgeting by monitoring projects expenses, analyzing cost data, and preparing reports on budget variances.

5. Ensuring proper documentation of all project-related information, including invoices, payment certificates and correspondences.

6. Consult with project stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve payment-related queries.

Requirements:

1. A relevant degree or diploma in QS, Construction Management or a related field is preferred. However, relevant work experience and additional certifications can also be considered.

2. Familiarity with QS practices, cost control, and payment administration procedures in the constructions industry.

3. Strong attention to details for accurately reviewing payment documentation, verifying invoices, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

4. Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Willingness to collaborate to work closely with Project team and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

5. Experience with relevant software applications such as Microsoft excel, project management tools.

6. Ability to analyse cost data, identify trends, and provide insights on project costs and budget variances.

Prerequisites
