Job Responsibilities:

• Support sales team with components lists price which is the basis for sales to calculate the project offer price during bidding phase.
• Follow-up with contract execution, material availability and payment of the project after sales order intake.
• Order entry in SAP system and ensure correct sales order for billing
• Review customers’ PO key T&C and ensure adherence to company policies
• Coordinate with customer and internal department to meet all deadlines and smooth processing of each order
• Liaise with customer for their deliverables and delivery date
• Assist to maintain and monitor project plans, progress, schedules, budgets and expenditures
• Attend KOM (kick off meeting) to understand the project scope and objectives
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan for the smooth closure of each order in hand
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by your manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum “O” level or NITEC Certificate in qualifications
• Minimum two (2) years of similar working experience handling customer’s order from the order stage until the stage of goods delivery.
• Conversant in Microsoft Office and well versed in writing and e-mail etiquette.
• A team player and problem solver who is able to work alongside with people from all levels across various department
• Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Only Singaporean will be considered for the position

Job Responsibilities

• Design and development of Junction Box, Power Distribution Boards, Control Panels and other Bartec’s products for hazardous areas.
• Attend to client’s technical queries during project execution phase.
• Work closely with proposal team for the execution during project execution phase.
• Prepare GA, SLD and schematic diagram when required.
• Ensure BOM list is complete and correct on GAD drawings and into SAP System.
• Ensure design in accordance to Bartec’s standards.
• Supervision of works, quality inspection, maintain quality records and documents as per ISO standards.
• Prepare and attend to client’s inspection and testing requirement/FAT of job in hand when required.
• Work closely with document controller to prepare, compile, and submit project documentation.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines, other offices, and other project team members.
• Ensure that Company’s interests are always maintained within the project while ensuring a positive client relationship.
• Visit project sites as and when required.
• Other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary by the company.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferable in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and other related industrial plant.
• Good fundamental of Electrical Safety and Area Classification
• Good knowledge of Explosion Proof and Flame Proof, IP protection Class.
• Good knowledge of Electrical Instrument, Protection System.
• Proficiency in computer knowledge of Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD, Inventor, SAP etc.

Job Responsibilities

· Source, negotiate, and select vendors that meet the company’s quality, price, and delivery requirements

· Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers

· Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery

· Review and analyse purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders

· Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up with vendors on outstanding orders

· Coordinate invoice/quality discrepancies with vendors

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data into SAP system

· Proactively manage supply risks and impact of disruptors on production such as demand fluctuations, component shortages, logistics issues, supplier issues or other

· Ensure engineering change notes are managed and executed timely with minimal impact to production

· Implement all processes to organization standards and support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas of improvement

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Supply chain, Engineering or Business administration

· 5+ years of experience in purchasing, buying, and/or planning preferred

· Relevant working experience within a manufacturing environment in Oil and Gas sector will be an advantage

· Supplier relationship management, including evaluation and development

· Capability to evaluate and mitigate risks in the planning process

· Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP system

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
