Job Description
- Develop business development strategies, priorities, and plans targeting on Chinese brands APAC expansion.
- Build up a pipeline of Chinese brands for Baozun Asia
- Work together with the business development team of Baozun’s headquarters in Shanghai to communicate with Baozun’s clients in China which are largely international brands. Promote Baozun Asia to these international brands and develop business opportunities for Baozun Asia outside of mainland China.
- Lead the revenue model design, communication, and implementation.
- Lead complex account processes from the identification stage to closing; leading pricing negotiations, facilitating pitch preparation and presentation, and ultimately securing a beneficial financial outcome for the business.
- Attend conferences and relevant events to expand and maintain a large professional network, represent the company, and gain exposure and insight as to various specialties.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing industry experience with 5+ years sales/BD/account management experience.
- Strong relationship builder; excellent business acumen Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Proficient writer and public speaker.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
