Job Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationship with business leaders and employees to provide advice on HR policies and practices, people strategies and solutions and other employee related issues.
• Develop, update and implement HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and deliver the full HR spectrum from manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment and selection, onboarding, in-service support, employee engagement, talent management and succession planning, talent development and learning, performance management, rewards, employment relations, mobility, exit management as well as cyclical HR programs/ exercises.
• Lead and drive tactical and strategic HR initiatives to meet business needs, improve staff retention, engagement and development.
• Demonstrable consulting skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Strong influencing and collaborating skills, with demonstrable ability to work across various HR teams and with staff at all levels
• Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• At least 7 years of relevant HR business partnering experience.
• Ability to work well with all levels within an organisation, able to manage people as well as being hands-on to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
• Exposure and experience in HR regional support will be advantageous.

Summary

The Management Representative is responsible for overseeing the company's ISO management system, SAC, and other accreditations. This role involves streamlining company processes and ensuring compliance with established standards. JD for Admin Executive

• Issue invoice for customers’registrations on a timely basis.
• Submit funding (SDF etc) applications and claims for clients and trainees, and ensure proper follow up of cases and receipt of disbursement in bank
• Verify and enter payment (cash, cheques, NETS, GIRO, funding disbursements and others etc) into system daily.
• Provide administrative and customer support such as payment collections, handling enquiries on outstanding accounts, supplier vendor forms and GIRO forms etc.
• Verify receivables and account discrepancies by liaising with customers and/or other departments such as sales and/ or training admin.
• Check receipt books for completeness, accuracy and accountability.
• Strictly adhere to finance process and policies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level or diploma in business administration
