Job Description

1) Attend to phone calls/general enquiries and relaying incoming calls to the appropriate departments/personnel, taking messages and paging.

2) Attend to visitors/clients of the company

3) Liaise and monitor service contractors’ attendance e.g. air-con, gardener, pest control etc.

4) Handling of incoming and outgoing mails which includes collection of mail from mailbox, postage on outgoing

letters and courier service arrrangement

5) Recording of incoming cheques

6) Filing of delivery orders & customer’s purchase orders.

7) Processing of quotations, sales and delivery orders.

8) Maintain cleanliness and upkeep the order of meeting room, reception area and also the compound

surrounding the building.

9) Issuance of Purchase Requisition & Purchase Orders for the purchase of consumable items.

10) Provide admin support and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors or Management.

Job Specification

a) Academic Qualification : GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent

b) Skills & Knowledge : Personal computer proficiency, meticulous and able to work in cooperation with other

members of staff.

c) Experience in related : At least 1 year experience in similar position.

4. Proficiency in computer software.

c) Experience in related : At least 3 years’ experience in fields. related industry.

Job Description

1) Create invoices for all sales order supplied.

2) Co-ordinate and ensure all delivery orders issued are being signed and returned for invoicing.

3) Preparation of delivery orders which include sorting machining job sheets, matching cutting instructions which

are pending for machining and execute outbounced delivery for printing of delivery orders.

4) Prepare export shipment document and follow up shipping document for GST compliance.

5) Provide customers service which includes order taking, enquiries, quotation, order entry and coordinate with

all other departments to ensure customers’ requirements are met and followed up.

6) Attend to customers’ complaints and ensure they are properly and efficiently addressed.

7) Collate and present information based on customers’ feedback or issues encountered at work to superior for

review and rectification.

8) Ensure standard procedure are observed and carry out any ad-hoc assignments.

9) Ensure all tasks assigned are handled safely conforming to the Health and Safety Act and other safety

regulations as stipulated within the organisation.

10) Any other duties as and when assigned by the division/Management.
