Key Responsibilities:
Ø Strategic Leadership:
o Provide visionary strategic leadership for the Managed Infrastructure network team, leveraging over 5 years of experience.
o Develop and execute forward-thinking network strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
Ø Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers, administrators, and technicians, leveraging your extensive experience to drive high performance and skill development.
o Establish clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Ø Client Engagement:
o Cultivate strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, utilizing your deep understanding of client business needs and over 5 years of experience to deliver customized network solutions.
o Collaborate with clients on long-term network planning and optimization strategies.
Ø Network Architecture and Design:
o Lead the design and architecture of complex network environments, drawing upon your extensive experience, including LANs, WANs, and cloud-based networking solutions.
o Ensure that network designs meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
Ø Security and Compliance:
o Apply your extensive experience to implement and oversee advanced network security measures, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
o Ensure client networks adhere to industry compliance standards and regulations.
Ø Network Performance Management:
o Utilize your more than 5 years of experience to monitor and optimize network performance, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
o Lead capacity planning efforts to support client growth and technology advancements.
Ø Vendor Management:
o Leverage your expertise in vendor management to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of network equipment and services.
o Ensure vendor support meets client needs and service level agreements.
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Ø More than 5 years of experience in network administration, architecture, and management.
Ø In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security, and best practices.
Ø Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, PCNSE, NSE7, CCSE, etc.) highly preferred.
Ø Proven leadership and team management experience.
Ø Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Ø Ability to develop and execute network strategies aligned with business goals.
