What will your day look like?
- You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- You will lead and manage the sales team, including setting targets and providing guidance and training;
- You will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- You will be the ambassador of our brand and influence the first impression our clients have of our stores.
Who are we looking for? You’ll be a good fit for our team if you:
- Are passionate about skincare and beauty
- Have at least 2 years of beauty retail management experience
- Have a friendly demeanour and good communication skills
- Are driven by targets and goals and are able to self-motivate
- Can work in a team
- Have personal integrity
