AMT Pte Ltd is seeking an Industrial Automation Engineer to manage the following scope:

• In-House Automation Systems and Control

Scope:

Design / Development & Implementation

• System Design

Design and develop control systems and automation solutions using PLCs for various applications, including but not limited to manufacturing processes, material handling, and machinery control.

• Programming and Configuration

Write, test, and debug PLC software programs to meet the specific needs of an automation project.

• Simulation and Testing

Create simulations to test PLC program logic and system designs before deployment to ensure they meet the required specifications and performance criteria.

• Installation and Commissioning

Oversee the installation of automation systems and perform commissioning activities to ensure that they operate correctly and meet project and safety requirements.

• Documentation

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including system designs, specifications, and operational manuals.

• Troubleshooting and Repair

Diagnose and rectify issues with PLC systems and automation equipment, sound problems-solving skills.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with the Mechanical Design Engineers to ensure that automation systems meet the needs of all stakeholders.

• Vendor Liaison

Coordinate with equipment suppliers and vendors for the procurement of system components, technical support, and warranty services.

• Training and Support

Provide training and technical support to end-users and maintenance teams, ensuring they understand how to operate and maintain the automation systems effectively.

• Safety Standards Compliance

Ensure all the automation solutions comply with all the relevant safety standards and regulations.

Requirement

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Mechatronics
2. 3 or more years working experience in PLC Control Program design and implementation in industrial automation.
3. Proficient in Keyence PLC / ABB Robots is an added advantage.
4. IT knowledge for Server/Client and Infrastructure
5. Electrical, instrumentations and control knowledge
6. Evidence of independent and can-do attitude

Responsibilities:

• Development of new process capabilities and metal injection molding materials portfolio
• Develop process parameters and establish process controls for all new products
• Support engineering team in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on technical challenges
• Perform raw material validation using characterization equipment
• Propose and execute Continuous Process Improvement & cycle-time reduction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Masters in metallurgy, materials engineering, material science and/or polymer science
• Good analytical, result-oriented, organized, effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent at the same time a good team player.
• Preferably equipped with background in 1 or more of the following fields: powder processing, polymer science, advanced characterization techniques or heat treatment.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the candidate will be involved in the business development of new accounts and projects in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish new contacts and develop new account
• Build strong customer relationships with accounts
• Develop sales forecast and marketing plan for key accounts
• Work with sales and marketing team to achieve sales growth
• Spearhead and / or support overseas marketing activities such as seminars, tradeshows, exhibitions etc
• Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and identify required strategies accordingly

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant course

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Senior Accountant to support the Accounts Payable, Expense & Cashfow function of the Company & its subsidiaries. The role encompasses a comprehensive range of Accounts Payables functions, including, but not limited to, processing invoices for payment to suppliers, data entries in accounting systems, preparing payments, liaising with suppliers to address invoices/ payment issues and period end closing activities which includes maintaining audit schedules on a monthly basis . This role would also be required to handle fixed assets management and reconciliation and cashflow planning to ensure sufficient fund for payments. The candidate must be versatile and willing to accept job rotation to other accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable and other ad-hoc finance-related projects when necessary.
