ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE & CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
The Assistant Human Resource & Corporate Administration Manager is responsible for driving the full spectrum of Human Resource related matters and managing the day-to-day implementation of company’s initiatives and policies in both operational and strategic levels in order to achieve high performance and high engagement organisation.
The role will be working closely with the Board of Directors, reporting to Executive Director, to develop and deliver a number of programs and campaigns aiming to provide our people with the best employment experience. Additionally, to manage the external vendors well, to achieve best practises.
Key Responsibilities
§ Manage in-scope administration work pertaining to an employee’s life cycle – for instance, recruitment, confirmation, transfer, termination
§ Oversee talent management framework and performance appraisal exercises
§ Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines
§ Prepare monthly payroll, including processing of statutory claims and filing of income
§ Administer, process and oversee leave matters and insurance claims
§ Facilitate the reporting procedures related to employees’ discipline and grievance
§ Update employees’ movement and database
§ Prepare timely HR data and reports as required
§ Be the petty cash custodian for and in charge of employees’ expense claims
§ Application and management of HR related grants
§ Manage and oversee corporation administration matters – assets, season parking, stationery, pantry supplies for all departments
§ Manage company’ s external strategic vendors, such as IT / Data Protection & others
§ Perform other ad-hoc HR and office administration duties as assigned
§ Align with Ministry of Manpower Acts, to implement Safe Measurement and other related MOM matters
§ Align with company’s strategic goals, to implement Key Performance Index for all Departments and individuals.
