Job Overview
As part of the APAC Regional Sales team, this role will be managing existing and developing new key client relationships in the region to secure our annual business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as APAC Account Lead for assigned client accounts by management, leading the management and development of client stakeholder relationships of assigned accounts to drive existing business growth, achieve objectives vs defined budget, and develop new business pipeline per account.
- Prepare, coordinate and work with Global Sales team and Regional Sales team on client RFPs – this includes putting together pitch decks, collecting country commercials, legal terms review, formal response submission, management and tracking of the RFP progress, commercial negotiation until deal signature with clients.
- When not responding to RFPs, the KAM will be expected to work on prospecting into new accounts as assigned by management.
- KAM will be expected to prepare periodic business review meetings with assigned accounts and stakeholders and closely follow-up Regional and local business industry trends.
- Document leads and opportunities into CRM, and communicate wins into case studies for APAC bid library.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years total work experience in Account Management/Business development roles or senior manager performing recruitment/contingent workforce function’, ideally within the APAC region.
- University degree from a reputable institution.
