Main Responsibilities:
Legal contact for internal and external customers within region and act as a trusted advisor in order to deliver high quality and pragmatic legal advice in an efficient manner.
Review and negotiate agreements related to Salesforce cloud business, such as main subscription agreements, data protection addenda, reseller agreements, and order forms in support of the sales, and alliances teams, and handle complex legal issues with limited supervision.
Closely partner with other functions within Salesforce (including privacy, security, pricing, and revenue recognition) to allow Salesforce’s continuous growth in line with Salesforce’s business requirements, policies, goals and vision.
Assist in developing training materials and provide training to the business.
Participate in cross-regional and cross-functional team projects as needed.
Experience/Skills Required:
Qualified in a Benelux or Nordics jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years combined post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or as a fast-paced in-house legal.
Fluent in Dutch or Scandinavian, proficiency in English
Substantive expertise in technology, data privacy and intellectual property law.
Expertise in public sector procurement laws is a plus.
Outstanding legal drafting skills and strong legal and analytical reasoning.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to embrace change, organize, prioritize and manage deadlines, in a fast pace, demanding and constantly evolving environment.
Highly responsive, can-do and service-oriented attitude. Ability to handle pressure.
Team spirit and collaborative attitude.

About The Position
The Salesforce Digital Account Executive is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor who works with top European prospects and customers in the nonprofit and NGO spaces to evangelise our marketing and commerce platform solutions that deliver relevant, personalised journeys across channels and devices. Requirements

Fluent in English and one or more of the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish
You have a point of view of industry trends and will be able to build a narrative of digital transformation.
Digital Marketing sales experience and experience with relevant Marketing technology preferred
Strong preference for prior experience with the full Salesforce Marketing Technology Stack - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP, Pardot, Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Proven track record of sales excellence working as an Individual Contributor and working in a team environment
