WHAT YOU WILL DO

Main Responsibilities

• Provides support to complete work activities timely, efficiently and satisfactorily
• Collates and report the team shift or day activities to the team lead
• Provides simple troubleshooting and diagnostic of equipment failure to determine the root cause and perform immediate corrective actions. Use RTPS or RCFA tool for difficult or complex problem.
• Standby for any emergency repair after office hours / weekends and public holidays.
• Operates and maintains process equipment/utilities /Facilities within the production plant
• Performs and coordinates utilities shutdown, startup, swing over, and equipment servicing and inspection
• Performs jobs assigned by Manager pertaining to installation, modification, fabrication, testing, servicing and repairs of equipment with adherence to site change control procedures or minor projects.
• Performs testing, commissioning, qualification (IQ, OQ) activities
• Carries out Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) improvement initiatives (i.e. audits, training, etc) and submit recommendation
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance for the Process /Utilities equipment/ systems to ensure efficient running of equipment.
• Executes CMMS Work Instruction from process plants (e.g. Isolation and Reconnection of electrical supply, install earthing bonds for new or replacement piping, replace faulty lighting and troubleshoot/repair any E/I faults)
• Performs basic troubleshooting of the AHU/ BMS system.
• Assists Manger/ Engineer during the vendor servicing and testing of PRDs/ process Equipment/ Systems
• Participate in SHE, Business Compliance, cGMP and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Qualification

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in mechanical maintenance field in the Petrochemical or related industries
• Knowledge of cGMP and good documentation practice will be an advantage

Release Manager

We are looking for a skilled Release Management Lead to join our team, responsible for automating deployments, overseeing releases, and tracking technical products within our CEx Product Lines. Working closely with other departments and Product Managers, this role will help shape the release management strategy and environment management in line with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and overseeing release processes, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring smooth software deployments. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Establish and uphold release management processes in line with best practices, SDLC, and continuous enhancement.
• Work closely with various teams to coordinate software releases and implement automation tools for improved efficiency on Cloud environments.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated expertise in the Release Management domain including strong technical understanding of relevant tools and processes in a pharmaceutical industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
• Deep experience with E2E Software Delivery processes, Code Versioning and Release Management technologies, CI/CD automations
• Strong knowledge of release management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems and release management tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, JIRA).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Process Engineer you will provide process engineering support for Manufacturing Operations to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, process efficiency and compliance in cGMP manufacturing facilities. Expected to support various site Initiatives and action plans leveraging Quality, Safety, Enterprise, Technology and Project platforms, Engineering Standards, Codes, and support department business goals and objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Engineering:

• Provide Process Engineering Support for API manufacturing plants in support of business continuity & continuous improvement to meet Safety, Quality, Environmental, Regulatory and Compliance Objectives.

• Support Deviation Management related to the Process Equipment, Manufacturing Support Systems in response to deviations/ adverse events to investigate and implement corrective and preventative measures.

• Support Global Change Management under various our Enterprise Platforms to ensure the Equipment, Facility and Process system changes are executed complying to site procedures and SN MOC standards.

• Provides technical expertise for compliance activities such as audit and regulatory support. Acts as primary regulatory representative with business partners and regulatory agencies for moderately complex systems, programs, or issues.

• Where applicable, develop or update SOPs, perform procedural gap analysis for Quality/EHS subsystems/ topics to comply with regulatory, divisional policies, and guidelines. Typically possesses advanced and/or expert knowledge in at least one compliance topic. Conduct trainings to the impacted groups.

• Demonstrates and promotes Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) leadership behaviors, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with EHS procedures. Leads/ participates Process Hazards Analysis (PHA), LOPA engineering studies and applicable Process Safety Management (PSM) activities related to new/inline products. Support EHS audits and PSM incident investigations.

Project Management:

• Lead minor Portfolio Projects to introduce new technology, site tech transfers, implement new requirements from Engineering Standards, Codes and Practices to drive Process Safety, Quality Compliance, Process & Energy efficiency. Follow the implementation through feasibility, Initiation, Business case, Design, Sourcing, Detail Design, Installation, Commissioning, Qualification (IQ, OQ) and handover. Ensure adherence of project activities to site change control process to ensure facilities are safe, efficiently utilized, reliable and meet GMP/ regulatory / production requirements within the scheduled timeline, budget, design requirements, and established quality standards.

• Demonstrate good project management skills (e.g., define core team and activities, project scheduling, stakeholder management, define A3 Project charters etc.) to lead site Hoshin portfolios or major impact work streams. Coordinate with GES, GSE or Global Functional group SMEs in implementation of projects.

Functional Competency:

• Provide SME expertise as Engineering Representative for various Site Capital projects to support design reviews, feasibility assessments and actively collaborates for sharing of best practices. Oversee assigned site Capital projects as Engineering Services stakeholder to drive design standardization and optimization of practices and requirements.

• Provide SME expertise for engineering aspects to support MOM MHD safety case responses, gap assessments and implementation.  Support onsite audit representation for design topics & sustain phase change management.

• Conduct Process Safety Gap assessments for the current facilities, process systems & installations vs updated GES engineering standards, SN standards or updated requirements to propose optimized remediation plans.

Other requirements:

The Regulatory Liaison role is a broad role encompassing all aspects of regulatory strategy to support countries in region, including clinical, CMC and risk management requirements, and oversight of strategic regional labelling issues. • Serves as single POC for specific products for country and HQ.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibility

• Support / Provide comprehensive and scientifically appropriate analytical test methods to address quality requirements for release of pharmaceutical materials to be used for market supply.
• Support the development and optimization of reliable, validated, analytical methods to characterize the quality attributes of drug substances.  
• Assures that right information on the quality of raw materials and in-process control points is provided to support process optimization studies with a clear linkage to regulatory filing requirements. 
• Manages change control for analytical methods and specifications for assuring the quality of drug substances for inclusion in the regulatory submissions. 
• Provides the analytical information for filings and responses to questions from regulatory agencies.
• Supports the transfer of analytical methods, specifications and development knowledge for the drug substance associated manufacturing process. 
• Establishes relationships with partner scientific groups that facilitate a clear understanding of analytical issues and product supply.
• In partnership with the Quality organization, formulates and continually updates appropriate GMP procedures for analytical methods.
• Work with teams of scientists to effectively coordinate and support analytical method execution in a compliant manner.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Qualification (BSc, MSc) in science with experience of analytical chemistry techniques.

AP Regional HH Finance Controller

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Design the annual Risk Management focus areas and update the Business Integrity (BIA) and Financial Heatmaps and formulate preventive and detective activities to mitigate emerging financial and commercial risk.

Education Minimum Requirement:

Job Description

 Supports the plan, schedule and coordinationofmaintenance activities with maintenance team and IPT plannerwith support from other engineers and Senior Manager.  Supports activities that interfere with production in order to reduce downtime.

 Supports all permits in the operations areas.  Supports to ensure that all work is successfully completed.

 Serve as landlord for facility with support from other engineers and Senior Manager.  Works with operations staff and maintenance team to correct deficiencies in housekeeping, maintenance, and facility related procedures.

 Manage materials and supplies storage and logistics within facility.

 Generates/support qualification and functional verification document for commissioning.

 Participates/supports equipment commissioning, including FAT / SAT.

 Generates/supports plant modification proposals and track changes to completion.

 Generates/supports generation of cleaning batch sheets for product change-over and new equipment.

 Participate in cleaning development and cleaning validation activities

 Will support PTO in technology transfers for new product introductions into the plant.

 Manage the operations supply system, including coordination with planner/buyer and maintenance team, to ensure that material and supply inventories are maintained at appropriate inventory levels.

 Work closely with planner/buyer for sourcing and purchasing of plant consumables and accessories.

 Manage manufacturing aids, inclusive of supporting and generating necessary documentation

As an AI Ethics and Governance Analyst, you will be part of our diverse and dynamic AI Ethics and Governance team based in our Singapore Technology Center working on AI risk assessment and governance processes in the organization.

You will be part of a key global project, working alongside subject matter experts and honing your skills and expertise in responsible AI. We are a highly collaborative team and our work is inherently cross-functional. You will have the chance to meet and work with stakeholders across the organization including senior leaders and have exposure to projects in human and animal health, business operations, supply chain management, clinical research, and IT.

You will have the opportunity to be a pioneer in the rapidly growing and ever recognized field of Responsible AI. In this role, you will:

• Find and Mitigate Risks in AI Projects. Play a vital role during the design and planning phase of AI systems. Work with business and technical stakeholders and the AI Ethics and Governance team to identify and assess potential risks and impacts, recommend appropriate mitigations, and prevent harm.

• Co-ordinate efforts between AI Ethics and Governance team and technical and business stakeholders. Ensure assessments are completed smoothly by assisting stakeholders with inquiries and providing advice on completed assessments.

• Support development and implementation of policy processes and further the field of AI ethics. Be involved with building a safe, responsible, and ethical AI ecosystem in the organization and external industry. Stay on top of technological developments, best practices, and regulatory changes, and support the roll out of policy processes to improve compliance.

• Support implementation of explainable AI (XAI), develop tests, and audit AI models and data sets for bias and fairness. Design and conduct tests and experiments using open-source and enterprise tools to evaluate in-house and commercial AI solutions for bias, fairness, and explainability.

• Experience in XAI tools and techniques (e.g. SHAP, LIME, etc.) is a plus.

• 0-2 years relevant working experience (e.g. data science, AI or ML engineering, software development, cybersecurity, and more)
