Electrician
Summary
Installs and repairs electrical systems apparatus, and electrical and electronic
components of industrial machinery and equipment, in accordance with all local and
National electrical codes.

Performs a variety of operations such as mounting, posting, and aligning parts, setting up equipment for testing, and maintaining production records to assemble comfort units to specifications.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Check for and obtain required tools, equipment, and parts as needed. Notify trucker/supervisor/scheduler/lead person of part shortages/outages per instruction and as they occur. Work from blue prints and verbal instructions from Supervisor. Mount, align, position, and assemble a variety of parts/components, such as frames, compressors, fans assemblies, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, adhesives, etc., to completely assemble comfort units. Perform other operations to resolve assembly problems including basic visual inspection of various parts/components, verifying their conformance to specifications within the span of normal unit flow and timing as instructed by the Supervisor. Place completed piece-parts/materials/assembles and/or units in lay down area or on conveyor for subsequent operations using a conveyor or manually move units as required. Perform a variety of packaging operations necessary to pack comfort units/parts for shipment. Enclose with required tags, instructions, warranties, etc., and seal with packaging tools. Perform simple repair and/or rework to piece-parts and units such as changing wires, minor straightening or aligning of sheet metal, minor touch-up of surface deformations and finish defects, drilling or reaming of holes, replacing defective electrical or electro-mechanical components, combing damaged fins in coils, and similar repair duties performed within the span of normal unit flow and timing as instructed by Supervisor. Apply identification labels to piece-parts, cartons or crates to identify the material both by part number and quantity. Perform basic housekeeping functions of sweeping, straightening, etc., to assure a work area of a neat/orderly/clean/productive atmosphere. M&M Refrigeration designs, manufactures, and services industrial refrigeration systems worldwide. These systems consist of CO2 cascade & ammonia components- screw compressor packages, reciprocating compressor packages, ASME certified pressure vessels, heat exchangers, evaporators, condensers, and complete controls systems.
What you will do
The Regional Sales Representative will interact with various levels of contracted manufacturers’ sales representatives, contractors, end-users, consulting engineers/architects, and internal colleagues in support of growing our business. This position will also be responsible for identifying market trends and identifying new business opportunities to help fuel our continued growth. Maintaining opportunity pipeline effort and reporting, forecasting, and providing closure on opportunities as lost jobs or secured business are required. The role requires both direct sales efforts and management of independent manufacturers’ sales representatives to achieve the goals.
To be successful in this position, the Regional Sales Representative needs to prospect while also maintaining and growing existing customers. Higher travel will be required in the “initial period” while building relationships and establishing the person/brand in the territory. After that, travel may taper down and fluctuate between 30-50%. This travel is often required outside of normal business hours.

Summary

Principle duties:
Read, communicate and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) job instructions, handles material to and from workstation and gets workstation and equipment ready for production. This position reports to and works closely with the Receiving & Warehouse Supervisor to assist in the receiving and warehouse operations. In this role, you will perform a variety of functions to move supplies, materials, and equipment to and from receiving, warehouse and manufacturing areas of the plant. You'll need organizational skills and abilities to communicate efficiently and effectively are of paramount importance. Additionally, you will need the ability to use or working knowledge of the different functions of the SAP system.

ADVANCED AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT SETUP OPERATOR
Summary
Operate, setup and troubleshoot sheet metal fabrication equipment including stamping presses with automated transfer systems, CNC turrets, Laser cutters and automated bending cells.
Principle duties:
Perform all tasks required to operate, setup and maintain equipment to produce parts in compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot setup related issues which may require frequent adjustments of settings, system parameters, etc. Read, understand and follow work instructions. Perform die changeovers. Work with support departments to resolve issues resulting in production delays. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Complete all required and assigned paperwork. Perform housekeeping duties and comply with all quality checks to include first and last part inspection. Other duties may be assigned.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
