Job Summary

Research customer agreements, terms, and any specifics that may affect the termination process
Utilizes diverse organizational tools, data, and assets to support operational activities
Obtains management or exception approvals by providing summarized background
Ensure Early Termination Fees (ETF) are properly calculated per customer contract
Embraces changes due to audit findings, events or transformation needs; conducts audits and determine remediation/preventive measures
Handles internal/external customer escalation, and creates post-mortem analysis
Acts as a resource and role model for colleagues with less experience; develops and manages onboarding plan for new team members
Qualifications
2 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience (desirable) working in Data Center, Cloud or Telecom industry, in Business, Revenue, Sales, Customer Care, Legal and/or Finance Operations department
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly
Business-savvy and at ease with corporate applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, BI)
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record optimizing the operational customer experience and handling escalations methodically
Experience working cross-regions, with sales and other cross-functional departments
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, additional languages are a plus

Job Summary
The Sales Operation Analyst is part of the GTM Operation within the Revenue Operation Organization. The work of Revenue Operations is to drive predictable revenue acceleration through optimized customer experiences. The critical capabilities in RevOps Organization are tightly aligned with and in service to our marketing, sales, care and customer engagement efforts. Levering data and analytics, and applying our insights allows us to identify better experiences for customers that subsequently translate into more robust financial results for Equinix. GTM Operation is responsible for managing metrics and tools of the sales force. The Sales Operation Analyst will collaborate directly with regional sales teams and is responsible to review, validate and analyze sales opportunities across regions as well as providing adhoc report and analysis.
Responsibilities
Handle cases submitted by RevOps and Sales team in an efficient matter
General dashboard maintenance and updates
Collects data and support reporting cycles in timely matter
Execute overall strategy and adhoc analysis to support Sales Strategy
Supports team members and other internal departments on process improvement/ system integration/ upgrade projects.
Qualifications
Experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our global controllership team. You will be responsible for resolving routine accounting entry issues. Assist in performing monthly accounting close activities
Responsibilities:
Month End Close: Prepare post journal entries with guidance from senior Accounting staff. Perform flux analysis and support reconciliation preparation. Additionally, assist with SOX controls and prepare PBC (Prepared by Client) documentation.
Disclosures and External Reporting: Support in preparing any additional regional disclosures required for SEC reporting (Securities & Exchange Commission).
Management Reporting: Prepare basic month-end management reporting within a limited scope.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with upstream data owners, internal and external auditors, and Global Process Managers to resolve basic accounting matters.
Process Improvement: As needed, may participate in routine project work to improve accounting processes.
Technical Accounting: Have a good understanding of general accounting principles when accounting for transactions.
Qualification:
3+ year of experience in accounting.
Accounting Degree or similar professional qualification.
Strong working experience in Excel
Strong communication skills – both in person and remotely

Build Customer Relationships
· Plans, builds, and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts/prospects

Pipeline Management
· Actively monitors and maintains status of opportunities in SFDC, following the principles of forecasting
· Identifies at risk accounts, expiring contracts and forecasts churn
Territory Planning
· Prioritizes list of accounts/prospects for short and long-term pursuit to achieve assigned sales objectives
· Provides accurate forecasts
· May focus on particular vertical or sub-vertical within a dedicated sector
Prospecting
· Coordinates with Opportunity Development Team to strategize lead & sales opportunity qualification
· Pursues highest propensity prospects, fills the funnel with opportunities; cold calling prospects and building industry contacts
Negotiation
· Facilitates commercial offer and contract negotiations in partnership with Sales Management, leveraging internal resources as needed to obtain best commercial terms possible
· Understands commercial levers and partners with sales leadership, commercial solutions, and P&L to recommend deal structure
Mentorship/Lead
· Open to guidance from leadership and more senior Account Executives
