You will be required to deliver complex financial information on a regular basis and will often have to manage difficult situations with budget holders where they need to change expectations about what is deliverable.

You will liaise with and manage output from Financial Services daily. Communication is across the whole Trust with customers (budget holders), with the other finance teams, with managers in internal departments (e.g. HR) and with Clinical Directorates. Assist GPs and Practices in identifying patients with potential skin cancer symptoms when referrals are made to the teledermatology hub: Capture high-quality dermoscopic images of skin lesions using designated smartphones and dermatoscopes at primary care photo hubs, following strict protocols to ensure image quality and patient safety. Ensure proper lighting, focus, and patient consent for all captured images. Accurately capture and document relevant patient information, including medical history and presenting concerns. Upload images securely to EMIS (clinical system), ensuring GDPR compliance and data security. Create and submit urgent teledermatology referrals via e-RS, attaching necessary documents and images. Communicate with secondary care to facilitate consultant virtual reviews and manage follow-up actions based on consultant feedback. Maintain comprehensive records of all steps in both EMIS and e-RS. Effectively communicate with patients throughout the consultation process, explaining the procedure and addressing any anxieties they may have. Maintain a high standard of infection control practices to ensure patient safety and minimise the risk of cross-contamination. Work collaboratively with other members of the primary care teams to ensure the smooth running of the teledermatology pathway. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with trust policies and procedures. Participate in training sessions for dermoscopy, secure data handling, and referral system usage.
