We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for stainless steel bare and coated ductworks and control devices to join our team, focusing on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, research facilities, and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, providing insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Marketing Collaboration:
Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and consultants, effectively communicating the value proposition of our ductwork solutions.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Sales Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
Industry Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners.
Team Leadership:
Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and develop their skills.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our ductwork products and services, as well as advancements in HVAC technology relevant to the target sectors.
Collaboration with Engineering:
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and project plans.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Sales Training Programs:
Design and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Customer Retention Strategies:
Develop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
