To include but not limited to the regular testing and inspection of the Fire Alarm systems, Emergency Generator installations, Water System requirements and records, High Voltage Electrical installation, Emergency Lighting installations, Lightning Protection, Fixed Electrical installations, Plans and Records, Portable Appliance Testing, Microwave, Fire Door Testing certification of any other statutory equipment. To have excellent/good knowledge of statutory compliance. To have excellent/good knowledge of the Micad Compliance Module and Asbestos Module. Responsible for the uploading and management of information to the Trusts compliance and asbestos databases. To provide support in addition to the management of the Trusts compliance and asbestos data recording systems. To lead on, monitor and manage the compliance and asbestos database folder structure. To lead on, monitor and resolve database issues within the Compliance Module and Asbestos Module. Maintain an Asset register of all statutory equipment and plant to ensure the Trust is compliant with all the requirements of the regulations. Prepare schedules for all essential compliance works. Provide support to technical teams in monitoring progress against program.

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to customer complaints, providing excellent customer service, whilst demonstrating the business’s values and behaviours. Alongside this you will support the wider business ensuring that drivers are following the expected process in carrying out their roles and taking action should they fall short.




Role Accountabilities:


Managing customer complaints, ensuring SLAs are met, tickets are raised correctly, daily checks against responses.
Work with the Finance Admin team to address issues of driver fraud. Gather evidence, complete investigations, and act accordingly.
Challenge drivers misusing company fuel cards e.g., out of hours use or excess fueling
Deal with drivers with unacceptable behaviour or language.
Address unauthorised use of vehicles e.g., excess miles. Drivers spoken to accordingly.
Adjust driver bans and take appropriate action depending on the complaint.
Investigate missing vehicles, locate them, and arrange collection and advise all of outcome.
Reporting stolen vehicles to police and action accordingly, also general police enquiries.
Spot checking correct documentation is in place for newly recruited contractors.
Arranging vehicles to be released from Police compounds and collection.
Data subject access requests & GDPR requests.
Escalating unclear or noncompliant DBS to Ops management team.
Liaise with other departments about issues and resolve the matter.

Position Summary: AXA Partners is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Special Investigations Unit/Fraud Control Officer. This crucial role, positioned at a medium to senior level (depending on experience), will provide direct support to our Travel Claims and Medical Assistance claims teams, conducting forensic checks on new and ongoing claims to support or deny claims where fraud is suspected or proven.
Location: AXA Partners, Redhill Length of term/Tenure: 6 Months – Secondment Salary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and working on Special Investigations Unit (SIU) claims case referrals, conducting in-depth reviews and investigations to identify potentially fraudulent claims and customers. This role involves using tried and tested techniques, such as forensic reviews of claims and conversation management with claimants, and requires learning end-to-end Travel FNOL, Travel Claims, and other AXA Travel customer-facing teams processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analysing and working on new Travel and Medical Assistance claims referred into the SIU workbook/Queue – Auto/manual
· Ensuring cases allocated into personal workbooks are correctly prioritised and managed through the full end-to-end SIU process in a timely manner
· Performing forensic reviews of Travel and Medical Assistance claims to minimize financial risk or loss to AXA Partners UKandI Ltd
· Use of Fraud prevention tooling – Resistant AI/ID Tool (training will be given)
· Maintaining a strong framework of internal controls both internally and via relationships with third-party clients and others
· Proposing and following up on process improvements to support operational teams, improve internal controls, and support future profitability by reducing exposure to fraud
· Liaising with in-house recoveries and associated litigation SMEs when fraud is suspected or indicated
· Supporting Leakage Auditors when fraud is suspected as a causal issue

The key objective of this role is to support the Trust with meeting its SLaM and Tenanted Properties statutory compliance obligations, ensuring all data, information and statutory records are held accurately, and available at all times. The post holder will provide technical expertise, manage the compliance workload, highlight any statutory compliance discrepancies and develop the assurance of compliance within CEF and SLaM.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Capital, Estates & Facilities Directorate for a Compliance Officer position. This is a permanent role, undertaking a key position supporting the Trust with meeting its SLaM and Tenanted Properties statutory compliance obligations, ensuring all data, information and statutory records are held accurately, and available at all times .
