Job Description:
· Take charge of the Procurement Department. Recite team members, drive cost reduction, mitigate risk, and manage key projects.
· Build strong partnerships with business department especially in IT and security and help team members to define requirements. Provide purchasing solution and negotiate price and payment terms.
· Set up supplier pools for the company globally.
· Set up purchasing rules for the whole group, and arrange training for team members and key accounts.
· Create program strategy and tactic, leverage source, and provide total solution in purchasing area for the company
Job Requirements:
· 12+ years of purchasing experience.
· Bachelor's degree in business or information technology or any related degree
· The candidate should have significant experience in purchasing area including IT software, hardware, security, Cloud service, and Marketing area.
· The candidate should have the experience to set up a purchasing department from 0 to 1.
· Fluent in English communication both in speaking and writing.
· Sufficient vendor resources in IT software/hardware, Muli-cloud service, and security fields
