As part of this role, he / she will manage internal and external stakeholders such as but not limited to digital media agencies, creative agency, brand marketing, analytics and legal. Channels to be managed include but not limited to, search, social, display and video – executing a multi-channel integrated strategy and analysis. He / she will oversee media brand guidelines, education, yielding consistency across investment prioritization. He/she will demonstrate deep subject matter expertise for hospitality industry media nuances with a preferred knowledge of air lift, travel patterns, market data, tech, and platform capabilities. He / she must have knowledge of Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, Sina Weibo.

Job Descriptions:

1) Cross-Channel Media Execution

· Define digital marketing priorities, investment strategy, measurement requirements, and go to market approach with an emphasis on channels across all Asia Pacific markets.

· Develop channel prioritization to create media recommendations to drive innovation for the Hotel and Resort business, focused on high-net-worth consumer and media objectives.

· Support development of media approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and providing the link to reality of historical performance and in-market opportunities.

· Manage communication between owned & earned team to integrate ideas and channel activations across communication vehicles.

2) Paid Media Strategy

· Develop and maintain media planning roadmap and testing plans for domestic and international geo source markets.

· Create niche marketing strategies to focus on high-net-worth audiences.

· Define and develop strategies for activations in line with creative, designed to drive optimal KPI’s.

· Manage testing strategy based on best-in-class performance with goal of driving awareness and preference for the Hotel and Resort business in parallel to drive profitable revenue.

3) Audience Strategy & Management

· Work with key platform partners to focus on audience strategies across 1stparty CRM and 2nd party partner data.

· Innovate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party strategies to build into the Four Seasons paid media strategies.

· Consult with Guest Insights on segmentation to create, actively manage, and optimize across media partners.

· Experience analyzing multiple sources of revenue data across Adobe Analytics, Double Click Manager (DCM) and Google Floodlights, social Pixels.

4) Media Platform Operations & Controls

· Lead invoice and actualization management with agencies, analytics, and partners.

· Responsible for campaign trafficking in line with agencies and creative production.

· Integrate and manage the paid digital and social instances to set up campaign deployment.

· Manage & update contractual obligations across partners with legal.

· Develop media plan governance and change management across all internal and external touchpoints.

5) Analytics & Reporting

· Partner with data analytics team to track and measure results and provide analysis on the efficiency of campaigns.

· Work with Four Seasons analytics to determine ROI / ROAS goals based on short / long term performance and lifetime value.

· Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to media marketing.

· Manage APAC KPI & measurement framework tied to Four Seasons Global paid media strategy.

· Develop and work with agencies and analytics to integrate into reporting to understand performance against goals and critical learnings.

· Partner in developing plans for centralizing media reporting.

Professional Qualifications:

· Expertise with digital media strategy and activation; connecting these to brand, media, consumer and performance goals.

• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various team members and external partners
• Collect audience data and analyze interactions and visits, using this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Report progress and discuss recommendations with the clients and team members
• Strengthen brands’ presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Research and monitor the activity of competing brands
• Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on social media developments and tools
• Constantly test, optimize and analyze campaigns and projects based on specific KPIs

Requirements:

• STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only
• Experience in a social media related role
• Agency experience is preferred
• Great with client management
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
• Resourceful, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude

Probation Period:

• Content creation including video editing, advertising animation video creation & social media account content creation for FB/IG/LinkedIn

Video Editor Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with editing software, such as: Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier.
• Creative and artistic skills.
• Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.

Opening in 2023, Artyzen Singapore will be the first new hotel added to Singapore’s Orchard Road district in over a decade. What was once the sprawling home of the late Tan Hoon Siang (grandson of Singapore philanthropist Tan Tock Seng) is being transformed into a 20-story luxury property. The 142 rooms will sport a distinctive aesthetic, fusing reinterpreted facets of Peranakan art and style with contemporary design.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform all duties in the Communication Centre as part of the Guest Services Department (Reception, Concierge, Bell, and Driveway) assisting the entire team where necessary.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently to all internal and external callers of the hotel.
• Ensure guests are provided with personal, attentive and caring service
• Ensure guest complaints are dealt with promptly and courteously in line with Artyzen Brand Service Standards.
• Promote a helpful and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitude.
• Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel as well as the local surroundings.
• Answer inquires from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment in the local area.
• Suggest off-the-beaten path places to guests to present authentic dining, entertainment and travel experience.
• Ensure all guests experience a fresh and modern experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer related services and suggestions accordingly.
• Find opportunities to surprise and delight guests to create memorable moments.
• Be able to build small talks with guests during every interaction to engage with guests.
• Coordinate, process and distribute all incoming reservations during off hours of Reservations Manager, and be responsible for telephone inquiries and information services for the hotel.
• Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different positions of the Guest Services or any other Department of the hotel as needed.
• Optimize revenue through timely and accurate bookings.
• Complete other tasks that assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Vocational studies related to the field of Hotel & tourism management with at least 1 year experience in front office or guest facing roles, possible combination with studies.
• Preference for candidates with call centre/operator experience in an established or luxury/upscale or boutique hotel.
• Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Adaptable and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skill
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of the pre-opening team
• Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
