Regulatory Compliance

• Ensures timely preparation and maintenance of local Summary of Product Characteristics, Patient Package Inserts, packaging material and other applicable regulatory documents according to our company and local standards and relevant Artwork Management procedures.

•  Ensures the correct and proper utilization of Artwork Management System to generate mock-up artwork and to implement revisions to artwork.

• Ensures efficient and consistent implementation and use of internal and external regulatory databases and systems in the country.

• Ensures that files and archives related to Regulatory are kept updated and complete.

• Participates in implementation of updated regulatory documentation according to Agency requirements and in-house guidance.

About Beecroft Veterinary Hospital

Beecroft Animal Specialist & Emergency Hospital has been established since 2021 and offers a 24-hour emergency and critical care service as well as specialist services in surgery, neurological, internal medicine and exotics. Our team of caring and compassionate staff offer advanced level care to all veterinary patients big and small. We are located in Alexandra and have easy access to Labrador Park MRT and Alexandra Retail Centre shopping mall.

Have you always been an animal lover and dreamt of working in a veterinary hospital? We are looking for an MRI-trained, experienced radiographer to join our veterinary team. Our hospital has a full-time veterinary neurologist and specialist surgeon, creating a consistently busy caseload of patients for imaging. Candidates must also be willing to rotate in CT and X-ray imaging duties. The candidate must be able to do all general MRI scans, including standard body and brain imaging at a competent level. The candidate should also be confident to run imaging for CT and x-rays. Minimum 3 years’ experience in MRI in human hospitals is advantageous. Apart from MRI work, the candidate is also responsible for daily quality control and scheduling of preventive maintenance for the MRI machine. There will also be other ad hoc duties expected. You will always receive full assistance from experienced veterinary nurses and do not require any prior animal handling or veterinary experience.

Mon - Fri: 9-6pm

Sat/Sun/PH: rotation for on-call with OT pay

The Role

We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Physical Education teacher to join a dedicated team of professionals in the Junior School. The successful candidate will be required to teach Junior Physical Education (ages 7-11) and contribute to the extensive after-school CoCurricular programme. Our hard working teachers demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Manage an effective, orderly and safe learning environment.
• Review already formulated medium term planning for Year 3 to 6 as appropriate.
• Support the termly curriculum for each year group in the Junior School.
• Support the competitive teams and CCAs for each year group in the Junior School.
• Deliver the curriculum to assigned classes in accordance with the School’s timetable.
• Differentiate delivery according to the abilities and learning strategies of individual students.

Planning & Development

• Contribute to the planning and implementation of curricular and co-curricular initiatives according to the school’s calendar.
• Contribute to individual and team tasks and targets for the Junior School Improvement Plan (SIP) and the School’s Self Evaluation Form (SEF).
• Assist the Junior Head of PE to liaise with Heads of PE in Infants and Seniors to develop continuity and progression in the specialist subject across key stages.
• Develop cross-curricular links and provide opportunities for students to develop and apply their PE skills, including events and competitions in Singapore and overseas.
• Make a positive contribution to the development of the Junior School.
• Attend relevant professional development sessions to enhance ongoing professional skills and knowledge.

Assessment, Recording & Reporting

• Keep detailed records of plans, and of achievements of individual students; developing, in conjunction with the year group, standardised forms of assessment and record keeping.
• Report to parents in accordance with the school’s reporting policy as laid down in the Staff Handbook.

Communication & Liaison

• Liaise with relevant members of the Personalised Learning Team to ensure that all individual student needs are understood, planned for and met.
• Collaborate effectively with the STLA support staff within the department.
• Attend and contribute to meetings of a professional nature as and when required.
• Contribute to the strengthening of the parent-teacher partnership in individual and whole school initiatives as and when required.

Pastoral & Co-Curriculum

• Follow the school’s policies and procedures with regard to discipline and behaviour, daily routines, duties, home learning, leave of absence, and visits, as laid down in the Staff Handbook.
• Fulfill supervision roles during lunches and break times.
• Participate in Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) across the school at a level to be agreed with the Head of Junior School.
• Embrace and lead on the school’s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Be responsible for reporting any concerns about a child to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
